A perfect place to buy new glasses. There are lots of excellent models. The people are so friendly, and the prices are really great. As a person who pays a lot every time just for glasses this place is like a heaven for me. Also, their price list is quite straightforward. I was so happy to see, for the first in my life, a salesperson didn’t come with a calculator to give me a quote. :)

We got my daughters glasses here late last year and have come in a few times to get them adjusted. Every time we’ve come in, we are always greeted and welcomed warmly. I would also like to recognize Madison for helping my daughter sort out the fitting issues with my daughters glasses. We really felt that she went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend this location. Great staff!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.Tbh I hated Bailey Nelson as a brand because every other location I’ve been to, the staff have acted so disinterested in helping me and this was the first time I felt genuinely helped…hence the sale.It was well deserved and I love my new glasses

The staff were so nice and knowledgeable. I was able to do my eye exam earlier and got 2 pairs, all covered by my insurance. Got my glasses within a week! Definitely will recommend to all my friends:)

Love love love the girls at the Coquitlam Centre location who helped me pick the perfect two pairs! Customer service at Bailey Nelson is always outstanding and this location is definitely the most welcoming one I’ve been to. So excited to wear my new frames!

Recently walked in and checked my eyes. the doctor is very nice and helpful and the staff is making you feel very welcomed, they are very friendly. Definitely bringing my family member here to get their eye checked. Also their frames are very cute and prices are affordable. Definitely recommended.

Got my prescription tested and the glasses exactly a week later. Dr.Daryl was very professional and answered all of my questions, the staff is very cool and made picking my new frames super easy. This place is very tough not to recommend.
