Ordered the double 12 assorted beer box for a Bday gift. One of the bottles was broken inside which ruined the gift box and ruined some of the other beer labels. Also, for the price, I thought the beer selection was weak. Disappointed!

Extremely disappointed in BroCrates customer service. I placed an order for a retiring colleague. One of the bottles of beer had broken completely in half in the package that was wrapped in plastic, soaking the crate, hay, chocolate boxes and beer box. The smell was horrendous. I sent pictures that showed the visual damage and was told that I would receive a refund for the broken bottle and the crate only. What the pictures fail to show is just how wet the entire package was, and the terrible odor that went with it...imagine an open Guinness sitting in plastic wrap for several days. I asked to have the entire package re-shipped, as there is no way I could give this package to my colleague. I wouldn't give this to my worst enemy with the way it looked and smelled. I would not recommend BroCrates to anyone, due to the fact that the company refused to replace the damaged order.

My colleagues and I ordered a Leisure & Luxury Wine Gift for our boss who is retiring and we were all pleasantly surprised with the packaging, and the items included. The gift arrived on the date scheduled, and my boss was very excited to try some of the goodies inside. Thank you!

Left a pretty pleasant but honest review on their website giving 3 stars, but now I'm annoyed. Got an anniversary gift for my husband with some bubbly, glasses and high end chocolate (where things went downhill fast). He took one bite and spat it out, so I tried some and it had a horrible off taste that stayed in our mouths for hours.. Not the most romantic vibe. The review wasn't even that bad, I understand mistakes happen, but realized a few days later it had just been deleted entirely. Sketchy as hell.

Terrible customer service experience. I only received a partial order due to their website having an error during checkout, the order was significantly late, and the CSR Manager was very rude when I reached out for help. The value for what I did receive was poor. There are many companies that provide this service - avoid this one.

The worst vendor! Life lesson. Never purchase anything, especially gifts. So embarassing! Delivery was late, wrong item shipped, no call back, no prompt email reply, if getting reply, still the reply didn't answer my question nor solve the problem. NEVER EVERY AGAIN! I am telling you. Stay away from this company.

Terrible Company with Terrible Customer Service. DO NOT BUY!This place sucks and is absolute trash. Have been trying to refund my order since the minute I placed it. Shipping is way over priced. Literally the worst customer service I have experienced. Customer Service Manager should rethink her line of work. Would not cancel or refund. Package arrived in terrible condition. Six cans of the SAME exact beer, apparently variety is not guaranteed. Garbage. Board was damaged, cracked and pieces broken. Only three of four tasting glasses were included. Reached out to customer yet again, they are only willing to refund the price of one glass... Amazing this company is still in business. Terrible experience all around. Waste of $100. There are plenty of other great places to purchase from, DO NOT BUY from BroCrates!!! If I could rate negative stars I would.

Ordered a retirement gift basket from BroCrates and it arrived several days later than specified with several things broken (a glass and the cute little crate). Not only that, but the bottle of liquor that the basket was named for was swapped out for a different one, which made no sense. I went to the site to ask for a partial refund and was told that I could not get one because it had been more than five days since delivery (it has been 10 days).I have had much better experiences from other similar gift companies; go there, not here!
