DIDN’T SEND OUT MY MOMS $300 ORDER OF ARRANGEMENTS. Absolutely NOT impressed with this place. They did not send out my moms order of arrangements and if it wasn’t for my mom asking the people she sent them to if they got their arrangements she wouldn’t have known. THIS PLACE IS SHADY!!!! She called the store to let them know that NO one got their their arrangements and they were hardly apologetic and did not offered anything for the mistake.DONT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On Feb 18th I placed my order through online to ask for a delivery to celebrate my daughter’s birthday on February 20th. Even though it was delivered on Feb 20th, I felt very disappointed because of two following reasons. Firstly, it was delivered around 8pm when her birthdate was almost over and nobody expects this order would be delivered at late night. Secondly, the item delivered was damaged. Six balloons were supposed to be delivered but only five were intact and one ballon was torn. It is the saddest gift ever I have given her. I wish I could have read some of reviews here and I shouldn’t have ordered from this store.

I came in as I saw on edible arrangements Instagram that the company was offering a free 6 piece dipped fruit package for the holidays (New Years). We arrived and I was immediately told that they didn’t know anything about it and that location wasn’t participating. My wife went back in with the Instagram post that says it’s cross Canada and the United States and the story changes to “we have had too many people call and come in, so we aren’t doing it anymore” like what? Then she said she could offer 10% off the order when the post actually says $10 off coupon if they had run out of the special 6 piece free fruit. The worker then says yeah, if you order it now I will take the $10. From reading the other reviews I can see how poorly this place is run and how little they care about impressions or customer service.

UPDATE TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER WHICH IS 100% FALSE! I ordered the Christmas Dessert & Flowers Bundle - Large for my mother. (I live in Australia). I got a family member to pick up the order from Upper James location in Hamilton. The flowers are old, wilted, rotten and smells! I wanted to send my senior citizen mother something special and she got disgusting flowers! I also ordered the gourmet Gourmet Shareable® Caramel Apple: Salted Caramel - It is cutely packaged and in one piece as shown on their website: It was given to us in a box... each separated. It looks like a dogs breakfast. Communication is also a disgrace. I got an email that the order was ready. My family went to pick it up and was told to come back after an hour as they were doing QA on my order and realised they messed up. Obviously, they didn't QA the flowers! And, now trying to get a refund for the flowers is next to impossible (still waiting as I am getting the run around...) I would give them 0 stars if I could. I will never order from you again... thanks Edible Arrangements for ruining my Christmas gift to my mother... well done. ***Update - just saw a response from the owner a week ago - 9 months after posting my review... FYI, all lies. The response is fiction - never happened. First of all, I was not there (I live in Australia!!!) and never spoke to anyone). Second, my brother would never have accepted rotten flowers (seriously!!!) for his mother for Christmas. This response is obviously an endeavour in reputation management as my review has been read over 10000 times. Sorry Edible Arrangements, but your historical revisionist account of what happened is pure FICTION!

Very disappointed with this place! Don't order from here! Ordered a birthday gift for my mom and forgot to add flowers so I called them and the lady said yes no problem (they should know if they had flowers or not when talking on the phone) anyways didn't call me to let me know that they didn't have flowers so they decided to give my mom cookies instead (she doesn't really like cookies, also $40+ difference) I've called and called and keep being told I'll get my money back or someone will call me later and no one has yet to call me. So now they stole my money and this is the only other way to let others know not to trust this place! Horrible business.This happened in January, its still an issue and I still haven't got my money back or a phone call. Horrible! Don't go hereUpdate after they responded to this review:Sent email out on September 8th 2022 explaining the situation. Haven't heard anything back yet. Don't have high hopes for getting my money back for items that never been received. Be prepared to deal with this when ordering, from this location especially.Update again:Still no email Dec 10th 2022.Almost 1 year later waiting for my money back but too tired of waiting on the phone and waiting for responses.Do Not Order From This Location!!!!!!!!!!!!Not saying all are bad, this one is !Update again.. 4 more days it will be a year since this had happened.I noticed they replied to this post saying they have paid me, which is false, I just went through every bank statement for the past year and nothing from edible arrangements or a refund of any kind from a different account, even a close or that exact amount. I refuse to call them anymore because of the rude service I've experienced on the phone. Do not order from here. As I would love to because my mom used to enjoyed it but I will not order anything anymore sadly.

We received an arrangement of fruit as we got home and when I turned to go to my door from the driveway the arrangement fell out of the box. The box was ripped in two places nothing to adhere the delivered item to. Seems that it does not matter who makes a basket or an arrangement there is not one company that cannot do it without bad customer service. Please people out there read reviews!!!Reviews and especially pictures are to help you. Just send your well wishes and as in our case condolences.I myself do not like seeing anything delivered to our place because I know that places like edibles or others just care about pocketing the money from unsuspecting buyers that hope they are getting there monies worth.Update edibles called and while talking to Malina the manager she made every excuse instead of acknowledging that their product was faulty. I myself pointed out that if the boxes and form of delivery are not changed because the item delivered fell out of the box!!! This manger told me that it was my fault it fell out of a ripped box that I more or less dropped it. Flowers come in boxes that are not ripped this box was handed over ripped.BUYER BEWARE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! A new arrangement means nothing if future clients have to go through this and the company does nothing to fix a problem. MY GOOGLE REVIEW STANDS. The manager just cared if she could bribe me to take the review down.

I order here for every birthday and occasion in the family. My niece and nephew absolutely love eating their fruit with chocolate and keep asking for more after devouring the whole thing!! Such an easy and simple way to make the kids happy!

I placed an order Thursday May 11 for Delivery May 13, when I would be at my moms house visiting. The order never arrived. I waited until the delivery window was over (9 pm) before panicking. I called when they opened at 8 am May 14 and was casually told they were busy and probably just missed it, what would I like to do, have it delivered today? So if I hadn’t of been at her house and known it wasn’t received and called to follow up, what then? How many orders do you casually miss? Awful business practice.
