It is apparent to my family and friends that Purdys is one of my favorite chocolate stores! For them it is my top favorite but I also go to other chocolate stores sometimes. I'm just used to go to this place to satisfy my cravings for very tasty chocolates. Their customer service has always been excellent so you would definitely have a lovely time here always.

Went here looking for some ice cream and a snack. Upon arrival the worker seemed to be not interested in anything he was doing as my partner was asking questions & just stood there or went away from the counter, the interaction was so bad with this work we were almost tempted to leave without buying for anything.After this situation with this worker & this location I am tempted to not go back to this location at all whenever I visited WEM as this worker has ruined the experience as this was for my boyfriends birthday & this work soured the experience of even being in the mail.

I was standing in the line waiting for some clients to get their ice cream, it was 5:59pm when the so called “manager” she says Whitney shut the door at my 6 year old boy. This woman is the rudest persons we have ever seen in my life. My wife and I complained about this and she couldn’t care less. We will continue escalating this sad situation because it’s simply the right thing to do.

Professional service. They have variety of tastes. This store is chocolate professional in Edmonton. You will get the most delicious chocolate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the ice Cream. Thank you to the lady who served us. I would like to express my appreciation specially during the pandemic.

Gave my friend sour old icecream and it made her sick. When i tried to go get a refund and show them what the problem was they tried the icecream in front of me and said the one in the bucket tasted fine when the on in the cone was sour and smelled like old milk. I told them the one on the cone was old and tried getting them to smell it cause it gave off an odor and they refused. They tried saying it was the type of icecream " even though that was not the case the one with the glasses is rude and unprofessional when it comes to customer care and they could get someone very sick while scamming people like this. Do not go to this location."

Besides having the best chocolate, the lady who works days is one in a million! She is always happy and helpful and just the sweetest lady. We don't have a celebration without purdys chocolates.

Got some great chocolate treats at Purdys in West Edmonton Mall today. Nice, friendly staff. My wife always loves chocolates from Purdys. So I can't go wrong bringing them home for her.

Love Purdy's. This location, while small, had the campfire bars we were looking for. Also, updated Google maps to show that it now lives on 2nd floor near Hudson Bay (not over by the ice rink).
