Bay Terrace II Apartments

Be better if they actually rented to younger people who take care of themselves as upposed to just seniors, very distant managers and owners. I prefer to know the people I rent from.

A nice apartment complex. Perhaps a move to this community is in my future. Nice lake views and everything needed nearby.

Awesome place to live ..Clean friendly.The superintendent are great..great work Brain & LaurieRent reasonable.Electric awesome to heat 26 dollars to heat for a month the delivery and taxes is what put the price up has nothing to do with building ..Best place to live in Belleville. Ont

I can't say enough good things about Bay Terrace 2. Lori and Brian and the management team are so professional and friendly and keep the building and the grounds immaculate with lovely gardens and spotless common areas. They always have a smile and a wave when I pass their office and any time I have presented something that needs attention, they have been quick to respond and take care of it.Meeting them when we first applied to live here, just over a year ago, was a big part of our decision to sign a lease...we knew we would be treated like good neighbours and would be happy living here. We are. Thank you Lori, Brian and Realstar for making our place a home we feel safe and happy to live in.Ann and George Scott

I spent the whole 2018 here. One of the best rental apartment in Ontario!very clean and quite. The managements were highly responsible and if there was something wrong in the unit or with the apartment They fixed it quickly.

I can not express enough how absolutely frigid these apartment are as our experience was horrible with the ice box living! The first yr there my daughter slept on the couch all winter to avoid the icebox bedroom in 805. Second year we covered windows with foam sheets and sliding door with shrink wrap which helped somewhat but it didnt matter how high we turned the heat up!!!! Rediculously cold. Many people move out in the spring after the heating bill shock!

I'll start by saying that the staff keeps this building fairly immaculate, however, after living here for a year, i can say this place is the equivalent of picking up a perfect looking fruit and finding out the inside is rotten. In less than a year there's been two fire alarms, both of which filled the hall, and my my apartment with smoke, and prompted a full evac. The building is old, poorly insulated, and the windows are horrible at keeping any heat in, factor in this place still uses old electric baseboard heaters, and you're in for a lovely hydro bill of several hundred dollars if you decide to use them. As of right now, both hot water boilers are broken in my building, so I have been without hot water for a day and a half. There have also been numerous other repairs done which have been an inconvenience. In the defense of the staff, they act quickly to address issues, but it feels like this building is just falling down around them, and requires some much needed upgrading to justify the price of rent. Luckily I'm out of here in a few weeks.

Lived here and next door for about 3 years. Great place to live. Pool, sauna, exercise room, bbqs. Honestly felt like living in a hotel. Very expensive....

I recently viewed a 2 bedroom apartment that was just completely renovated with open concept and I cannot praise this property enough for how clean and well maintained it is, the management is very friendly and am looking forward to signing a lease very soon making this my new home.
