My husband and I had a great experience at Diamond Gallery. We purchased custom engagement and wedding rings for myself. My husband selected his wedding band from their existing collection. The customizing experience was easy, they have a lot of options, they let you get creative, and their expertise was helpful. I enjoy my ring and I love that no one else has anything like it. They continue to provide great service on every visit and I would recommend Diamond Gallery to my friends and family.

I have always had amazing customer service when at the Diamond Gallery. From when we were initially looking for a design for my engagement ring, to our wedding bands, to recently re-sizing my rings, Allan and Lisa were so helpful with every step of the process. The level of expertise in their field is amazing!

My experience with Allan was the worst customer service I have ever received. He was rude, disrespectful and demeaning. He scoffed at the fact that my engagement ring was purchased from an online retailer and continuously told me it would be hard to make a custom wedding band to suit my single solitaire diamond ring.He advertises himself as a jewellery designer/gemologist/ Accredited Appraiser/manufacturer (straight from his email) but yet he could not create a custom ring for me. He could not provide me with accurate pricing and when he did it was higher than other jewellers I had been to.He had a 1/2 an hour time limit to our appointment which consisted of insulting me and my fiancés’ jewelry choices. He did however, have enough time to reiterate all the amazing services he provides and why they are the superior jeweller in the city.Regardless of the value of your ring, a person should never make you feel beneath them and mistreat you to the point that you walk out of their store in tears.I am posting this so that no one has to experience the mistreatment I did during what should be one of the most happiest times of your life.

The staff at The Diamond Gallery are incredible. They have helped myself and my family for years and recently made my wedding band. It is beyond beautiful and everything I hoped for. I would recommend the Diamond Gallery to anyone looking for simple classic jewelry all the way to lavish jewelry!!

The absolute BEST service!I had a few incredibly stunning pieces made from working with Allan over the past few years, and the attention and communication I'm served with is always phenomenal. I just got an engagement ring made in November 2022, and Allan came back with a ring far more beautiful than I was imagining! Allan worked with me through the entire process - starting from a few pictures, then being presented some mounts and some diamonds, and then finally coming back with an elegant piece!You really can't get a better value than working with the Diamond Gallery!I'm honestly treated like family in and out of their establishment. Their service doesn't end after you leave. Allan was most helpful in helping me decide how to customize my mother’s ring into an updated style. Every time I visited the store, I was greeted in a very warm and friendly manner. Allan took time to explain a variety of options and price points. I can’t say enough about the high quality of service, trustworthiness and professionalism that was provided.I love my new rings! My mother brought in an Amethyst ring to turn into a custom made pendant . We are so happy with the results ! The staff at the Diamond Gallery are fantastic and we definitely would return again . Mom wears her piece everyday .

After 36 years of wearing my wedding rings they were in dire need of repair and rebuilding. We chose to visit the diamond gallery upon a recommendation from a friend to see what our options were. We immediately felt valued and had a wonderful experience. We felt no pressure to purchase anything or to spend a large amount of money. Lisa worked with us to find something that would work for us. She designed a new wedding ring that incorporated my original diamond from my old engagement ring into a beautiful new setting that I absolutely love. Having my original diamond used in the ring brings sentimental value to it for both my husband and myself. I highly recommend the diamond gallery!
