I had an excellent experience in store. They let me try out different bikes by riding them out in the parking lot. The staff were patient and helpful answering all my questions. I got advice and recommendations and bought an excellent hybrid, with some add-ons, which they put on immediately without any labor costs. I would recommend making time to go in store if you're serious about buying a good bike.

I finally got out to ride my brand new Emonda SL5 I bought from Vaughan Trek on sale, just after Christmas 2022. I am so excited this bike is everything I read about and more. I'm super happy the best bike I have ever owned hands down. I would like to give a shout out to the entire staff Peter, Ricky, Enzo and Juan to name a few. These gentlemen are all great at what they do provide unmatched customer service, for this reason this is my go to store for anything bicycle related I need. I always leave this store with a smile, I got all I needed here during the winter in preparation for a super cycling season this summer. Please continue to do what you guys do here, I recommend this store to anyone looking not only for great bikes and accessories but for their best customer service experience ever!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Enzo spent so much time with me and explained everything to me in detail. They are very patient and even Ricky put together a list of available options for me in an email after the hour. With the offers and information they provided, they helped me to save a lot on my new bike. I am very happy that I purchased my bike there and recommend the store to my friends in our cycling club.

I was looking at the trek bikes for a while now, and when I seen the location in Vaughan, I was surprised at the selection they have, it made it easy especially for myself as a beginner to get fitted properly and try different options till we found the right fit. Julissa was fantastic to deal with exceptional knowledge to find the right trail bike. Very happy with the service and the time they took to help set up some accessories that I purchased. They are friendly and helpful and make their customers feel very comfortable. They always asked about the needs and explained in a professional experience manner. They are patience and take time to explain professionally with customers. I bought a new set of wheels and and rims at the store. Overall, I felt very positive towards all the staff in the store. I would highly recommend my friends to ask about their products and services with them.

Went in expecting to buy Marlin 5 Gen 2. Kyle was straight forward, didn't sugar coat anything or beat a round the bush and tell me what I wanted to hear. Said that for a few dollars more I would have a completely upgraded assembly if I went with the Marlin 6. Ended up taking it out that same day and enjoyed every moment! Kyle was great!

I just bought a bike and several accessories from this store. I made multiple visits and tried numerous bikes before making a decision. The staff were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I would highly recommend this store!
