Front cashier could learn English for taking ordersHave supplies would be nice, hot sauce or nothing?$20 for Mexican dog food?Had to ask to Unlock dining room.Horrible experience in every way!

It’s KFC Taco Bell, hard to mess up. Food is usually hot, wait times are average and promotions are okay. Our menus don’t even compare to the standalone locations in the South but our Taco Bells are better quality.This location won’t give you food poisoning like the Henderson Hwy location.

Tacos are okay, they can use a bit more meat filling. I wouldn't order the desert cinnamon twists or the 2 piece bites again. But this is the first time ordering tacos, I might try it one more time.

Never had issues with other locations in the city but this locations drive through speaker is so horrible you can barely hear the person speaking on the other. I ordered a spicy plant based burger and a bean taco but for some reason they made it a meal and the taco was beef instead of bean so I couldn’t eat it. When I asked why it was a meal when I was paying I was told that’s what I ordered, although I did not and would’ve corrected it at the time of order if I could’ve actually heard them from the speaker. I asked to change it to just a burger but she said I couldn’t because the fries were already made and was aggressive about it. Also the taco I was given was beef and I didn’t notice until I got back to work and had no time to go back as well. Will not be coming back here.TLDR, avoid this location. If you go here order inside and not the drive through and make sure you check your order before leaving.

The girl in the drive thru asked me 3 times what my order was and each time I said 2 T1 combos (1 spicy chicken and 1 chicken) and I had to repeat myself 3 times and she still got it wrong. Gave me 1 chicken and 3 steaks. Foreign workers don't understand English?

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. It was ok. The taco shell was just ok. Not fresh but not too stale.I know better not too expect commercial looking food, but I expected a bit more cheese.Service wasnt awful but nothing good to share about.3/5

Went through the drive thru yesterday to pick up lunch. Got 4 taco supreme & a fries supreme & a drink. Drove 5 mins back to my work to eat it only to find out they microwaved my 4 tacos. They were disgusting. I couldn't even take them out of the wrapper without ripping the ends of the shells off & the lettuce was as mushy as the sour cream & cheese. I tried to eat one but after a few bites I threw it out. Went through the other 3 to find out they were all the same so those went in the trash too. Needless to say this will be the last time I buy Taco Bell from this location while dine in is closed & I'm not able to eat in so I can return my meal to the counter for a refund if this ever happens again.

I really did not like the decor. Definitely not an authentic Mexican restaurant. I appreciate their attempt, however, was not overly impressed. Maybe I just caught them at the wrong time. Better luck next time.
