Anthony sold the boat that we had been in negotiations with him about. The day after he told us that no worries I will not let this boat get sold on you until he figured out what the deal would be on it. He said he was too busy that day to figure out a solid price. He asked me to wait until Monday for the quote I said OK no problem I can wait. When he was supposed to call me with a price, he tells me he already sold the boat to someone else. Anthony is not a man of his word !I won't be dealing norsask ever!

Recently bought a new machine, was disappointed in the service I received throughout the purchasing process. Sales staff never returned phone calls or emails which resulted in the process taking much longer than it needed too. Once I took possession of the machine there was an issue and had to be returned which was an equally painful process.

Have dealt there for years now .....best place I have dealt with for rec stuff period....my problems are always dealt with quickly and promptly and generally go over and above to get my toys back out the door to make sure im riding again....top notch place period.......

We had an excellent experience dealing with Mike on a new pontoon boat. Very professional! Prompt response time, as we are from out of province, most was done through phone and email. Norsask will be my first stop on my next boat purchase for sure!

Brutal sales staff for recreation. introduced myself to chris about 5x each time not remembering me one bit or that i came in and was obviously interested in a sled. if i'm coming in once a week standing in the sled area its pretty obvious i'm looking for one. gave them my number about a used one coming in and didn't get a call back either. took my business to lloyd, and had excellent service. won't be back
