I called to Tuesday because my washer was leaking. Mike called back promptly. He came over on Wednesday and fixed it. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and his price was very reasonable. The next time I need an appliance fixed, I'm definitely calling him again.

Mike was professional, responsive, and was able to come to my home within 48 hours of me contacting him regarding our broken dryer. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and came prepared with the appropriate parts to repair our dryer during the first service call he made. This was our first time working with Mike and we will definitely call him for any appliance repair needs in the future!

Our dishwasher stopped working and we called 1st Choice Appliance. Mike was very accommodating. He said he was in my neighborhood and he would come by shortly. He was very upfront and honest on the phone and told me that there was an initial service fee and if the dishwasher was an older model it might not be worth it if it needed to be replaced. He identified the problem as it was the actual latch that wasn’t working properly. Easily fixed . Appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Mike was great. He fit me in for a next day appointment to fix my dryer. He double checked the dryer and the vent to make sure everything was running properly before he left. He was friendly, professional and had great communication with very fair pricing with multiple options for payment. If I’m ever in need of future repairs, 1st Choice is who I will be contacting.
