I was recently staying in Kelowna for a few days and my car air conditioner stop pumping cool air. I found this company Have Tools Will Travel online and spoke with Josh, he was willing to come over on a Saturday to check out the problem. He arrived exactly on time and after a short period he managed to diagnose the problem which he was able to repair on site. Thank-you Josh for solving the AC problem and going the extra mile to help.

You squeezed me in the next day and you were right on time. You had all the tools and diagnostic equipment and the experience to source the problem. You fixed the issue for the price you quoted. Never met Josh before, just googled his company and within the hour he came to my house , Josh was extremely helpful and very thorough, he fixed my air conditioning problem and went above and beyond, I have lived in Kelowna for 54 years and met alot of mechanics in my time and I guarantee this will not be the last time I will use this Company.
