I always have a great experience at FA14+ no matter which store I am in. The Kelowna store is great and Even if they don’t have a size in store they offer to find it in another store. Great customer service. Sometimes hard to get there because I work full time and can’t get downtown on weekdays but always available on weekends or most holidays! My favourite go-to for office and casual clothing.

Absolutely insane prices. Plus sized gals have a hard enough time finding nice clothing. Why make them completely unaffordable to the majority of us?Head over to Torrid or Penningtons and get the same items for 1/2 to 3/4s less.I feel taken advantage of here.

Unfortunately limited selection of quality plus-sized women's clothing, frequent sales, fairly priced, good service... However we will now be shopping online...

The people working there do not care about customers. They simply care about going home. Very disappointed to see that the store was locked and closed well before closing time.
