I walked into the store and i did not get any type of greeting, not a wave, smile or a hi. I walked around the entire store and not once was i serviced. I saw other customers in there being serviced, is this a racial issue because I am indian?? They do not treat all customers as equal. I was in there for 15 ish minutes and this employee was on her phone the entire time and did not leave the cash desk once. Where is the manager??? Have they not been taught how to service customers. As someone who works in retail that is the bare minimum of the job. Will never go back again, these employees need to be trained.

Just had a great experience shopping with my young teen daughter. Ishita was super helpful and kind, and there were some great sale prices. The store is very clean and organized as well. If parents are tired of shopping at overwhelming places like Urban Planet, try Boathouse instead!

I appreciated the friendly nature of the front desk girl (young South Asian woman) who was working the Jan 29th 6pm shift. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience. The other young lady was also friendly in her approach to me while I was browsing.

Bought a pair of swim shorts here last night. The girl at the counter did not remove the ink anti theft tag. When I got to my hotel later I noticed it.Now we are leaving Vancouver before they are open on a Sunday and I’m going to have to try and have it removed at their Victoria store.You had one bloody job…

This store has been very accommodating and sweet. They have berry nice clean stores and are very respectful. If you can you should take a stop at boathouse you will like what you see.
