I was having a lot of trouble with the fit of my glasses. The young optometrist working there in the morning adjusted them perfectly. I'm very happy! Great customer service!

Condescending and disrespectful

Been going here for lots of years. Jen & Lori ( and their new staff I’ve not quite memorized the names of yet!) are always so Informative and quick to get me in quickly either with an appointment or if I’ve had an issue with my eyes they try and squeeze me in when they’re able too! Jen always helps make the most informed decision by giving you all the information and outcomes of each. I’ve never been disappointed with the service the Dr and his staff provide here! And the prices are always friendly to my pockets! (Also no pushing to do extra they recommend if you don’t want to they don’t push it just give you the information to make sure you know what choice you’re making!) 12/10 would recommend

The hours posted on the website are in no way accurate. There is almost never an optician on duty, so if you want to order or pick up glasses there is a very narrow window of opportunity to do that. The Ancaster store is no better. The woman working in the Vision Center told me they're having a hard time hiring opticians, but they still keep the vision center open despite not being able to actually purchase glasses during most of their opening hours.
