Citywide Locksmiths are exceptionally responsive. Their service is excellent and they are honest, trustworthy and pleasant. In one instance a family member visiting the familial home in Toronto needed to make an international flight but was unable to lock the front door securely. Turns out the lock was worn out. Citywide replaced the lock and configured it so the existing keys worked and the international flight was made successfully. Very recently, I needed some help with hardware for doors to a backyard deck. With Chris Denure's thoroughly knowledgeable and professional help I was able to order the correct replacement hardware, remove the old hardware and install the new hardware successfully. Chris even provided the right strike plate at no charge. Thank you Citywide!

This company is approved by my building condo board because they are skilled, honest and reasonably prices. They’ve helped me 3 times now since my former tenant kept breaking the locks to my condo when he would break in. Shout out to Randolph & Vadim thanks

Responds to emails very quickly, big inventory

Ken was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. There was an issue with the type of door I had and fitting a specific lock but he figured out a creative way to get it done and it looks great.Very personable as well - I would 100% recommend him and his company. He was actually a referral from my real estate lawyer who also had a very positive experience.

Advertises emergency locksmith services but when you call for an emergency there is no response.I was locked out of my condo unit on a Monday night and this was the only authorized locksmith for my condo. I called their emergency line four times and left two voicemails and they never got back to me even in the following morning. Imagine yourself in this situation and you had a baby or pet in your unit that needed immediate attention. Absolutely unacceptable.

We used Citywide for our whole house, top to bottom a few years ago. They were extremely knowledgeable on every level of service, from choosing the right hardware for the right application, to installation. Even now, if we need any kind of service or repair, they are immediately available to us. I wouldn't go anywhere else or use anyone else for my locksmith needs. We just replaced our kitchen hardware, and they ordered everything for us in a timely manner. When we opened a couple of handles, they were defective. Citywide replaced them immediately. Quick and easy.

…Absolutely lack of manner and not professional at all !! I spoke to Danny, probably the owner of the store, no education, does not know how to talk to a client and extremely rude person.They have come in three occasion for the same issue and always charged for something different. Called for a job they did last year, to find out if it was still under warranty and started to scream at me and told me not to call them back. (For sure I am never going to call them back).Definitely, no manners, no knowledge of what they are doing and no education, I will never recommend them.
