Very impressed with my experience. This was my first visit as a new patient and did the whole 9 yards for a new patient exam. The whole team made me feel very welcomed and the attention to detail was very noticeable. I learned a lot today and their technology is really up to snuff. You really feel welcomed and cared for. highly recommend and I am glad we made the switch as we look for a long term relationship with this clinic. 5 star.

Highly recommend this family dental practice to anyone looking for a new dentist! Dr. Miskin and his staff treated us like family from the moment we booked our first appointments. I used to dread going to the dentist but can honestly say coming to Railway City Dental is a great experience for both adults and kids. Everybody there makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Miskin takes the time to explain everything and really listens to us. Very caring and professional!

Today was my first time at a dentist in 4 years. Due to a past bad experience I was reluctant to see a dentist again. However my experience today was absolutely fantastic. Dr Miskin is so kind and was aware of my anxiety and even poked his head into the room while I was getting my cleaning a couple of times to make sure I was OK. He explained everything to me in detail so I was aware of what needed to be done and why and the lady that did the x-rays was the sweetest lady I might’ve ever met.If I could give this dentist at 10 star review I would.I am looking forward to bring my boys there in a few weeks

We LOVE Railway City Family Dental! We just moved to town in the last year and were in search for a new dentist office for the whole family and they were opening up at the perfect time! Dr. Miskin is fantastic, friendly and super helpful as is the whole team! My 10 year old thinks he is great, even when she’s getting a filling lol They also do direct billing (insurance) which is a great plus!

I was so shocked when I found Dr Miskin in North London and said he was opening up here. He did a major fix for me and with my huge anxiety in a dentists chair. He explained everything, he had everything I needed to get through this treatment (sedation), the staff was fantastic and understood my heightened anxiety. I have had several minor treatments since, with each time, getting more comfortable knowing I have what I need for each treatment. Due to my overseas experiences, it takes a lot for me to trust a dentist. I travelled 45 min or longer to see him each time . When he immediately told me he was moving here, I was elated!He has already shown me his community oriented personality and has given time and energy as support in St Thomas! Such a GREAT DENTIST, practicing with compassionate, kindness and generosity in our community and having all the sedation and sleep dentistry I require! Can’t express my gratitude enough!

Railway City Family Dental is, without a doubt, the best dentist i have been to. My first experience today was very welcoming and very professional. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my cleaning ( which are never fun, lol )The overall quality of the services was outstanding and very satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Miskin explained what he and his assistant were doing with each step, so I was aware of any pain or discomfort I should experience and answered my questions with honesty and professionalism.The cleanliness of the office and overall atmosphere in the office is very nice! Love the modern touch to it.Overall, 5/5 and highly recommend to everyone and especially people who have a fear/anxiety with the dentist.Can't wait for my next visit !!

My husband and I are relatively new to St. Thomas. We were looking for a new dentist and happened to get a flyer for Railway City Family Dental. We decided to book appointments and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They take care of all of the financial pieces with regard to benefits and will advise you on what is covered and how frequently you can return. Dr. Miskin is lovely and makes sure you are feeling comfortable during the appointment. The office is immaculate. As someone who has no problem calling it as I see it, I would definitely recommend Dr. Miskin and Railway City Dental in a heartbeat.

My whole family visits Railway City and overall we have had zero poor experiences. In fact, they almost go out of their way to make sure they find a spot that works best with our crazy schedule.My kids both visited with Dr. Miskin, and they were asking when they could go back! That never happens with a dentist from our experiences.Dr. Miskin is gentle and kind, and he spoke to my children in a way that helped them understand what was going on.No fear = no tearsWe are all looking forward to our next visits.

I had to contact any dental office for tooth pain I was having. Railway dental were the first to respond and I am very happy they did. They were able to take me within a couple days.I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work as I have had dentists in the past not care if I was in pain and that the freezing wasn't working. Dr. Miskin made sure prior to do anything that the numbing was working and talked me through the entire process. While in the beginning I was still anxious, the entire team took great care of me and made sure I was okay through out the entire process. I am finally happy to say I had my first positive experience and having just moved to St. Thomas, I have also found my new dentist!
