Fraser River Discovery Centre
The Museum telling us the history of Fraser River. Which is located in the nice location with great view. The market is next to it, after visiting, you could walk around there. The facilities are a bit too old and there are too little activity to play with.

Very inaccessible, the escalator and elevator were both broken. My 1 yr old slipped in a big puddle inside? Found it odd masks were still mandatory.

Great place for a family visit to learn about the Fraser River, it's industries, biology, and history. Masks still required as of Dec 2022.

Sadly, the pandemic and all it's safety guidelines are declared over: masking is personal preference. But this place does not honor individual choice. I took five kids for an afternoon of discovery and exploration in New West and was told by this staff that if I did not put masks on all the kids, I should come back another day when they've decided to review their policy. Some kids can't do masking, so this certainly feels discriminatory for them. I've also taken these kids all over the place on field trips and not had this problem anywhere else. Sad.

They still can’t split up with masks mandate.Otherwise this place offers a lot to learn for kids and parents too. So it 5 star place to go, but I don’t get health policies at the moment.

Excellent place for school field trips or family outings. Knowledge of local history and environment in a fun engaging way for all ages.
