An excellent place to work with. The people are very nice and helpful. Specially, HR & Shop manager is so supportive. Apart from this, company is providing bunch of perks with good pay and a lot of events for their employees. Also, it provides an opportunity to learn and grow so employee can step up to the new roles. Overall, they care for their employees and help them whenever they need it.

Lack of opportunity to rise up the ranks and no way to get a raise

I don't recommend to be hired by this company.The company counts on foreign workers. Moreover it counts on their lack of awareness of local legislation. They prefer hiring a new employee to keeping the experienced one at job. The management smiles to you during the hiring process and during the short period of your work for them. Then everything starts to change, especially when you say something the company managers don't like.I wonder, for my 3 months long work for them on a Fitter-Welder position I couldn't get cutting disk for grinder, I was supposed to use 1/4 disc for everything.When I asked about possible ways of increasing my salary they offer me to do more overtimes or find another job. But when I found another job ACL showed their real face: I was told off for my behaviour, I was asked to pay them back everything they spent for my employment, and they didn't pay my last earnings. Nobody even tried to conduct a constructive dialogue with me, they made me some kind of their enemy.Thanks to Employment Standards Brunch ACL paid me everything they had to and I hadn't covered any of company spending.I hope somebody had better experience with this company.

They are very kind with their employees. Also, most of the people working there are really helpful when you need them.
