Spice and Grill
We recently dined at this restaurant, the food gave the authentic Indian roadside diners experience, specially the dal makhani and tandoori roti.Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an authentic taste of India in Hope. The chefs clearly know what they're doing, and their dedication to quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques really shines through in every dish.

Wil never recommend ❌Stopped to grab dinner on our way home. We got many dishes as we were a big group.I felt very regretful after trying out a few of them , average taste and very bad customer service.There were only 2 people and they didn't seem bothered about feedback,even after saying about the dish they didn't replace or say anything (stood blank and gave us a bill to pay).As my friends were hungry we had some food and left the remaining and we left home.

I would definitely recommend Hope's Spice and Grill, we ordered the lunch special Lamb Curry and Butter Chicken each at $13.99 and Taj Mahal beer $8, not bad pricing I think. Go check it out.

Their food was acceptable, although could be better. Their service was poor, they didn't have any hand sanitizers!! Their washroom (men's) did NOT have any soap!!!! The handwashing sinks both in men's washroom and in disability one were very dirty, unhygienic! The staff were welcoming and friendly. This was a positive point.

Worst food I have ever had. Naan bread was not fresh at all and was too hard to bite. They should definitely improve their customer service as well. The employee on the counter was rude too. Their food price is totally opposite to its taste.

Third-class food quality. No courtesy upon telling the owner/manager that the food is garbage. Get attitude in return. Do not even try food here. Donate your money to homeless.

Worst food ever i had . Ordered chicken korma and naan, seems like naan were only warmed and taste like a day old and chicken korma's chicken was hard to crack, not properly cooked or 1 day old . Had to garbage the whole portion, only just tasted it.

I have been going here for the last few months. The owner Harman is always super excited to greet us when we go for lunch. He is always smiling which keeps us coming back. I ordered the Paneer Pakora as an appetizer and they were amazing. For dinner we ordered about 8 dishes in total as we had a big group and there is usually 1 or 2 bad dishes but not here. Everything was perfect. Even my wife who is the most picky person on earth gave the food a 10. Definitely recommend. I give it 5 stars.
