Try the $5, $20, $50 withdrawals on the Automated Teller Machines. You can choose the bills the way you like. Amazed to see an ATM which delivers any amounts in multiples of $5. A customer first approach from a bank. Well appreciable.

Came in to withdraw money after waiting the 10 days for processing, can't help but feel like I did something wrong. Im not the one the wrote the cheques but was grilled as to how they were written. I have a great credit score and 5yr plus history with BMO. Severely unimpressed with how I was treated today! Not even given the benefit of the doubt, I remained quiet and calm entire time. Will not be back at this location after this experience, even contemplated closing my account.

I've recently switched to BMO from Scotiabank and I am super-pleased by the service at this branch. I understand previous comments that there are not enough clerks, BUT when you get up to the front, they are very friendly (which is hard during busy times) and knowledgeable. They are also just as quick as the fully-staffed Scotia that I was going to. Every time I have booked an appointment to talk with an investor, I can either get one immediately or within a few hours. With Scotia, it usually took days. My only complaint is that the hours need to be extended. I understand there is a retirement community less than a block away, but busy professionals and families can't always get there before 6 on a weekday. I would love it if they were open on Saturday, even for just a few hours. Thanks!

Staff is pretty rude, but they did give me my money. The place is clean and tidy. Take this review like a grain of salt I feel like banks are the bloodsuckers of the world anyway.

The absolute worst customer service for any BMO branch I have encounteredTime after time and it’s the same issue with myself and other clients rude staff uneducated and/or disrespectful. Once I have witnessed an aboriginal person gets disrespected trying to withdraw her own money. I had to intervene to help her after the staff almost kicked her out. A nightmare to deal with

This is in regards to the filthy bank machines within the banks lobby. I have actually complained about this before but it looks like my opinion didn’t matter. And that was before Covid. The bank machines are so incredibly dirty that you can feel the grime on them under your fingers. I took pictures to show you, judge for yourself. Would you WANT to touch these? Zoom in, have a good look, look at the screen itself, look in the corners and along the screens edge.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. Extremely uninformed on the laws. My husband passed away in November 2022. I've been trying to get RRSPs transfered to me for 6 months. I've gotten every excuse for the delays. It comes down to staff not knowing the laws and their responsibilities. BMO in general have proved over and over that client's don't matter and that they will never take responsibility for their mistakes. I'm the widow and the one who's lost interest on the investment my husband left me and they really don't care. Maybe the media would like to know how I've been treated.

Personally I had a very good experience at this branch. There were 3 tellers on and a line that didn't move super fast but that is the case in most. However, the teller was super helpful in assisting me to replace my old interac card and in getting my transaction completed which I could not do at the atm. No one really likes going into a bank and waiting in line but the helpfulness of the staff and tellers made it ok.
