Good location. Open till midnight! 80% of the menu for Swiss Chalet was not available. Service was quick.

I used to love coming to swiss chalet for the penne chicken pasta dinner - that dish was so good! I’m not amazed by the other meals they have here. I only came for the pasta, however, they no longer have it on the menu!! Please bring it back, without this dish I will probably not come back to swiss chalet.

Express menu, good quick service. Shared with Harvey’s so you can have your chicken and a burger. Limited parking spots, small washrooms but plenty of comfortable seating. I definitely recommend if you are in a rush.

What I used to think was a good and reasonably priced meal, now, even with a coupon (or apparently with CAA) was quite a bit more than I expected to pay.

Small dining room for a Swiss chalet, but quick service, like a fast food version of Swiss chalet (inside a Harvey's) ... fast service and friendly staff makes it a great place to get a quick lunch

Good location in an awkward area. One of the highlights of the location is that it's also a Harvey's which there aren't that many of this area. Closest one is Lawrence and Dufferin which is quite a jaunt. I pre quilted this particular location for many many years and it's up to Snuff.

This used to be a great place to pick up a chicken dinner on the fly but the last two pick ups were overcooked chicken and they ran out of quarter chicken dark meat dinners. They are using shredded lettuce in the salads...normally used for Harvey's hamburgers. Yuck. Get your act together!

I would hit 0 stars if I could. I had called at 9:50 to place an order over the phone but was luckly hung up on by the so called manager Shebir, who proceeded to ignore my calls only to answer the phone to a different number. She then proceeded to waste my time by telling me they don't take orders over the phone and that they had run out of chicken... absolutely horrible service and unprofessional employees. I was also told that they have no access to calling their GM Micheal Mints, so Micheal if you are reading this I hope you take this as a learning experience for your future managers.

Agree with most of the negative reviews here. Manager is extremely rude to customers, and the quality is significantly sub par compared to other Swiss chalets in the city. Would understand variance of food quality but constant rude treatment by the woman manager or owner (unsure her title but same lady each time), has made me boycott this local spot. Go to the one on Yonge if you really want the chalet, otherwise way better chicken spots in this city.
