Costco Wholesale

They admit to not verifying what type of car comes in at scheduled appointments, even if it is specified in the booking. They do not service all makes and will tell you when you are coming to the appointment instead, making you waste time. Staff was unaware and only the mechanic seem to know this. Unfortunate

I am not a fan of Costco in general: The fact that you can only pay with debit card or MasterCard, people checking your receipt like you are some kind of thief, and the prices that are not that great compared to Maxi.

I love the place. Well managed, though always crowded it is easy to access and find a parking spot. Clean and well organized.

Went on a saturday afternoon so it was BUSY. We almost gave up on going in since there wasn't much we needed, but since we were there, why not at least go inside and check it out? It was crowded but it was still a good experience, had everything we were looking for (minus one small thing, protein pancake mix) but the best thing is that lines were super quick! There was an employee directing people to smaller lines and employees at the checkout counter were super quick so that was great. A+ to the staff!

The checkout team at this Costco is quicker than I have experienced at other Costco locations. The parking lot was almost at capacity (it was before 1:00 pm on a work day!), but we waited less than 10 minutes to check our 2 shopping carts. Impressive.

Worst Costco experience I have ever had. I was terrised by an attendent named Diana (Costco Employee) she refused to let me use the QR Code on my Costco mobile app. She canceled my order at self-checkout and said I could not use my phone. Ok, no problem, I used my black executive card, which Diana said no, and took away my item. Great, I asked if she spoke english as I do not understand or speak french she said no and refused to let me go through the cash. I spoke with her manager, who said Diana has had many issues like this. I believe she was discriminating against me due to my language as members before and after using their mobile QR codes. I would not recommend this store if you do not speak french.

Terrible Costco location, extremely racist and unrespectful staff. Never in my whole time in Canada I've been treated with this amount of contempt, from the moment I entered the store to the moment I left. Only come here if you are a white french speaker, otherwise avoid at all cost.

Great place, lots of samples to try and lots of stuff to buy. Also good food options and doesn't take more then 5 minutes to get our food

Welll.. good prices...... but they put my tires at 50 psi, when manufacturer says dont go past 47... took so much time just to order them... charged me the wrong models, had to be reinbursed in costco card so I could pay back for the tires, cause they wouldnt reimburse it on my card... tho workers were polite and somewhat professionnal. Need more staff IMO.Edit: tires were 2k+$...

The worst branch in Greater Montreal. My complaint is not about products. It's about the unrespectful staff, those hard working kids should focus on helping clients respectfully rather than pleasing whoever is in charge there!
