I always know my vehicle is in good hands. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and always ready to answer any questions you may have. The service team thoroughly checked the car and completed the required maintenance. They are always honest and truthful about your vehicles health and don’t try to get you to spend extra money on services you don’t really need. The best service I have ever received! We also asked our car to be cleaned. We have a large, white haired golden retriever and she sheds a lot of hair. The service and cleaning took about 3.5 hours and our car was spotless! It looked brand new! I am very pleased with the service and will always recommend Subaru to anyone!

If I buy a Subaru, it will not be at Gold Fleet.We are presently into our 5th winter with frozen Forester windows. For days at a time, our windows remain frozen. During hour long commutes, our windows remain frozen.During our 1st winter, we were assured this problem would be resolved. It wasn't. During the 2nd winter, the service manager was talking to my reps". The problem persisted. We were assured that despite the end of our warranty approaching

I told Tiffany and Hernan I owe them a great review. As part of the VW EMMISSION SCANDLE I had lots of time to shop. Northbay Subaru had pricing as good as any in Montreal( often the best according to cargurus). They also managed to have my used car purchase ready in one days notice so I could leave for Vancouver that Friday. 4 weeks, 11,000 km later, I love my new Legacy. Great car on the long haul through the mountains and back .BTW I plan to sell others on the Subaru brand. I think I made a great choice on a Car build for Canada.Mike Fitzgerald

Had two oil changes here and they overfilled my oil both times... I mean if they can't give me an oil change right I am sure they aren't doing any other work properly. I would stay on the safe side and take your car somewhere else.

I dealt with salesman Cole. I drove an hour and a half to go check out a car that I was planning to buy. Asked Cole if there was anything I should know about that I couldn't see in the posted pictures. He said no so I got the paperwork started and got insurance on the car hoping to drive it away. Got there and saw the car...horrible body work that wasn't represented in the photos. The paint on the front bumper didn't match. The back trunk hood had been fiberglassed due to it being rusted out but wasn't painted properly it was full of cracks. The car was a rust bucket painted quickly to be sold. Also not represented in the pictures. Cole could have easily told be about these defects before I took a day to drive out. Tried to cancel my insurance a couple of days later due to gold fleet lying to me about the state of the car. The insurance company did not want to cancel without confirmation from the dealership that I did not buy the car. I emailed Cole and his finance manager for confirmation......that was 2 weeks ago and they still won't get back to me. Which is funny because when I was interested in purchasing the vehicle, responses were very quick.DO NOT TRUST COLE, THE FINANCE MANAGER or GOLD FLEET SUBARU

I have used Goldfleet Subaru for service & parts and cannot say enough positive things about the awesome people in the department. I’m always helped quickly and efficiently, their service prices are much better than those at Subaru dealerships in the GTA where I stay during my off season from work, and my car is always cleaner than when I had dropped it off. I specifically planned and waited to get my car serviced until I knew I’d be in North Bay again just to come back to Goldfleet!

Fiance and I bought the crosstrek from this location a couple months ago.Wasnt happy with financing constantly calling asking if we were interested in financing when we told them we wernt multiple times. I asked for them to stop calling about financing, then financing decided to stop calling us about all important topics, ex. Licensing. I would have given alot lower rating if it were not for Randy the manager. He listened to our concerns and really went above and beyond for us.The actual car is amazing, and the best car ive ever driven. So many amazing features, its gorgeous.

I have never had such a bad experience as a car buyer as I've had with this dealership. I was in the market for a used car and checked out prices at other dealers but found the lowest price at Subaru. Was shown a Rio by the salesman Josh and was interested. Although it needed a fair amount of work and was very dirty inside and out I was told it would be all fixed and perfectly clean in 4 or 5 day for me to test drive. A week and a half later I still hadn't heard back. In the meantime I had seen an ad at the same dealership for what I thought was another Rio. When I called the salesman , I was told it was the same car. Later when I stopped in at Subaru I saw another Rio but in a different color. I was lied to by Josh. Finally got a call for a test drive when the car was mechanically fit. I wasn't impressed but had waited a long time so decided to buy it when it was properly cleaned. Got a call to pick it up and it was still filthy. Called for an appointment with the service manager and told him about the dirty car especially some white coating on the inside rear window. He gave me an appointment to have it cleaned again . When I went back the car had been vacuumed and the dashboard had been cleaned but the windows were still filthy and the white substance on the rear window was still there. I got an email from the service department asking about the service . I replied that I was not satisfied because the car was still dirty and the windows were filthy. I never heard back from the service manager. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.Just found out that there has been a change in ownership. Good luck to new owner trying to live down reputation of last owner.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership to avoid the issues of buying a car off the street. I have had quite a few issues come up since I purchased the vehicle which have costed me quite a bit between work done and tow trucks. It has been hard as I don’t feel taken seriously all the time by some employees. None the less Keith in the service department has been a huge help, being the only worker to get things going for me rather than just apologizing for my “bad luck”. Keith has also taken the time to sit down with my fiancée to discuss things and help us. Without him we don’t know where we would be with this vehicle. I’m hugely upset with my purchase but who knows how happy I could’ve/would’ve been if I bought a ‘new’ car. Things do happen and I don’t believe it was intentional, do I believe some things could’ve been avoided? Sure, but at the end of the day, they have been working towards a solution I feel.

Today the used Car I purchased back in September from Cole started to have Engine issues, Thank fully I was able to contact Cole who instructed me to contact the Dealership. My original thought was that on a Saturday the Dealership would be Closed however the Team was there and able to take my car in and we reviewed my comprehensive Warranty.The Dealership did not have any loaner vehicles on the lot today and all rental companies in the area were closed.however the understanding team was able to locate a Vehicle for me to transport my Children to School/Daycare Monday morning until we could secure a Rental while my car is in for warranty work.I greatly appreciate the constantly improving customer care at North Bay Subaru, I’ve purchased 4 Vehicles from them and have never had one disappointment.I would highly recommend North Bay Subaru for the Purchase of your next New or Used car, I’ve bought both new and used from the dealership. They make all parts of the Purchase and maintenance of your vehicle seamless and ensure that their customers know that our car problems are also their problems, and will work with you to Fix any concerns or issues!Id also like to add that The forester shuttle thats been lent to me is gorgeous and drives wonderfully with the full-time Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive!If you're considering the purchase of a new or used Subaru, go see Cole Porter you wont be disappointed!
