Extremely Disappointing Experience - Terrible Service and Rude Staff!I recently visited the shop, and I am compelled to share my terrible experience.Upon placing my order, I patiently waited for it to be prepared. However, to my disbelief, my order was skipped entirely. When I approached the counter to inquire about the delay, the lady serving me reacted with an unreasonable amount of anger and lost her temper in an instant, she even keeps glared at me. Her response was completely uncalled for and left me feeling shocked and frustrated.The lack of professionalism displayed by the staff at this shop is truly disheartening. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially the mistakes was made by their staff. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.This was not my first time visiting Alley, but first time to experience such bad service.

It was my first time and was great! The store was clean, bright, and organized! Although there was a long line, but my drinks were prepared quick as I expected! I ordered Crunchy Tiramisu Mike Tea, The Alley Trio Mike Tea, and Deerioca Fever with Soy Mike! They were so good, especially the Crunchy Tiramisu! Not too sweat and full with the smell and taste of Tiramisu! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and quick! Definitely will come back although it was a bit far away from my home! Highly recommended!

I came by last Friday and was recommended the Royal #9 with less sugar and ice with pearls. It was so good that I wanted to bring my friends over to try out your other drinks the next day.Upon arriving at the store on a Saturday afternoon, the place was packed and the staff were troopers, trying to get so many orders done as efficiently as possible. When it was our time, our drinks looked and tasted good (Apologies for ordering FOUR Tiramisus, TWO Brown Sugars, and one milk tea during the rush).Will definitely come back again (when it's not busy). The staff and drinks were awesome!P.S. I would like to add one thing to the store; maybe a number display for the customers to see would be nice.

I visited this location for the first time last night. Their new Earl Grey milk tea is now my go to order. The bobaristas working there passes the vibe check - knowledgeable and fun personalities. Easy 5/5 stars.

So far, I love everything I've tried at The Alley in Crossiron. Their customer service though is a joke. I've come a few times where there was nobody there to take my order. I get that they might be busy prepping things in the back, but maybe a bell would help so they don't send away customers. Last time I was there a few days ago, I waited 5 minutes and called out at least 3 times before somebody grudgingly came out to take my order. A simple I'll be there in a minute" would've been nice if she heard me. When she came out

I’m 7 months pregnant and have blood sugar issues. While I was out shopping today I started to become faint anytime I was standing. I ran into the Alley to ask for help and something with sugar. The two younger ladies at the cash were very nice, giving me some water and sugary tea as well as some chocolates they had. With that and sitting for a few minutes I was able to stand long enough to get to my car and get home without fainting and causing a scene. I’m very thankful. Will be coming here instead of Starbucks when I’m in the mall now because of the service and the tea was actually delicious.

I love their flavours specially the Royal no. 9 milk tea but for some reason whenever we order large size with regular sugar, they give us regular size a couple times in store and the first time I ordered through UberEats it happened again. I like getting drinks here but I hope this stops from happening.

I'm a bubble tea lover and I've heard so much about The Alley. So happy there's a location at cross iron now. Hubby and I tried it for our first time (both signature drinks, mine was the one with fresh milk) and they were really good! Can't adjust the sweetness or ice level in the signature drinks but they were just right, not overly sweet and the bubbles were sweet with the soft chewy texture. I'd def order from them again!
