Lots of styles to choose from. Had some lovely lady help me by making suggestions, bringing options, and just being helpful. Apparently the staff try all the clothes themselves so they have a good idea what suit which body type. It was really refreshing to have someone in a store who was on it!

This is one Laura store that doesn’t carry plus sizes! All this on the name of inclusion…. The store manager is horrible and judgemental and doesn’t realize that obesity could be a disease!

I think this may be the worst Laura branch I’ve ever been too. Stock and variety is always limited and out of season, and worst of all, I have not had one single good interaction with anyone of their staff. They’re all rude and impatient and very clearly don’t want to be there and take it out on the customer. Save yourself the headache and go to a different branch. The one on Langley bypass is AMAZING!

I bought a dress from Laura Richmond that I decided to return the next day at Laura Metro and was refused. I was told to return it where I bought it from, claiming the dress came with a yellow ticket which I found out later did not. So I decided to walk into the Tsawwassen Mills Laura and was met with ultimate professionalism. It took minutes for Vian, the manager, to resolve the matter. She and Shereen were swift and courteous. That’s the Laura I’ll be shopping at from now on.

This store of Laura definitely needs a way more variety and a bigger collection. For almost half the size in Metrotown I see more stuff than what I see here. My interaction with staff has been flawless so far but I am not happy with the collection. Laura you are my favorite brand, don't ruin it.
