Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken
We had a great experience here at Barcelos. The lady at the front seating guests was amazing. Galson treated us so well when we came in, very friendly and personable. She was just a real joy to speak with and really set a great atmosphere for our night out. Food was good and prices were reasonable. Would definitely come back again. If any managers are reading this - Galson deserves a raise!

Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken
As a tipping regular my corn was ice cold. They took my nibbled on corn off my plate, burnt it to heat it up and served me it. You could not taste the corn at all, only burnt tasting. Corn stays hot for a long time so how long had it been sitting there before they served it. Now I'm hoping I don't get sick off of it. All I can taste is burnt food in my mouth and it's over an hour since I ate there. This is not the first time they did this with my corn so this review is well earned. And to treat a regular like that says a lot about how much they don't care.Their chicken is a hit and miss, too, sometimes it doesn't look fresh and is rubbery and dry with little sauce on it.I feel like I have been there enough to know their customer service is terrible unfriendly and likely these positive reviews on their customer service is likely from their family or friends, not real positive reviews.

Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken
We ordered a take out and half our chicken was old as you can tell in the picture the difference between fresh and old chicken. Old chicken is alot darker and rubbery, fresh is nice and tender. Reach out to the manager and head office via email 4 times with no response. Twice in a row this happened when we got a takeout. It's not fair for customers paying to get this quality of food.

The food is good but the service can be better! Every time we call to order the person who answers isn’t very welcoming. Firstly you can’t hear her then she just says “yea, yea” when your ordering. The customer service needs improvement

I took the take out of half grilled chicken and they did not cut the chicken in pieces. It was only 2 pieces of the half chicken. The other thing is the attitude of the staff was so unwelcoming. I will not go to this place again.
