Green Grove Dental - St. Albert Dentist

I am new to Canada and this and this is my first and best dental clinic ever. A clean and comfortable clinic where you can spend your time usefully, the administrators are friendly and help in everything, attentive and professional dentists. I will continue to go only to this clinic! Thank you)

Dr. Raj was very thorough and answered all my questions! My cleaning with Mimi was great - I felt very comfortable and thought she did a great job! I will definitely be back!

5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The front desk ladies are INCREDIBLE.Especially Dakota!She made a huge effort to help me, when she didn’t have to. She sat on the phone patiently with me, and even went to the extent of giving my old dentist a phone call, who I was having a horrible time with and helped me to get my information transferred, she went the extra mile to look into some concerning things from my old dentist. Everybody there I saw was soooo understanding of my anxiety, and accommodated it just perfectly. There’s nothing I could say I wish they did, they exceeded my expectations hugely.I am never going to another dentist.The dentist who I seen was also phenomenal, very thorough and explained everything in a calm, easy going manner, and in easy words that I could understand and made sure to answer any and every question I had. Even after I asked him a million questions he ensured that I was able to ask more if I needed to. If you’re on the look for a new dentist, or thinking about switching, COME HERE!If I could give 10 stars, I would.They accommodate all anxiety, fidget toys, fuzzy blankets to keep you warm, tvs to distract you, soundproof headphones, just wonderful.10/10, can’t wait for my next appointment :-)

10/10 experience! This is the best Dental clinic I’ve visited and is very deserving of a great review. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jodie did my cleaning and she was very gentle and patient with her technique. She did a spectacular job! Dr.Manny is very personable and professional. He did a great job of answering all my questions and explaining the procedure. I definitely suggest checking out Green Grove Dental!

I had the pleasure of receiving dental care at this office many years ago and still to this day it’s an exceptional experience. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire appointment. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, and the entire office was clean and well-maintained. The dentist himself was patient and kind while demonstrating an impressive level of expertise and skill. Most impressively, I found the entire staff to be very knowledgeable. This level of professionalism and care is truly outstanding in the dental industry. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for expert care and a friendly, welcoming environment.

My wife and I have been going here for a few years and every appointment we’ve had has been an enjoyable experience. Great people here. Unfortunately when it came to billing, there was some significant surprises. Ultimately I was optimistic that they would stand by what they told me and what was agreed on, however this was not the case. Unfortunate that my family of four will need to find a new dental office, and that they couldn’t see the value of long term business. Again great people, and work performed was fine. Just expected them to do what they say in terms of billing.Response to the response. I am not frustrated with the coverage. I am frustrated that Green Grove told me false information. Multiple times we spoke and you agreed you told me information that wasn’t true. If you want me and my family back you would stand by your word and honour what you said. Green grove also persuaded me to move forward with the procedures after I expressed I did not want to move forward with them based on you telling me false information. If you valued my business and my family’s you would have honoured your words. In the big picture long term business lost for short term gain.
