They do their best to help you deal with you're situation if you're a bit lost. I sincerely feel pricing is crazy but then again like they said it's how business goes, so it's understandable. They have great options of all phones and cases, great store as it is and customer service is nice. Appreciate the help I get when I go in!

I had an emergency with my samsung s22 ultra when the screan broke I took my phone to impression cell tech the staff their was very helpful the screan was fix in 45 minutes and they gave me a couple options for the repair a new screan or a used screan after my choice they fixed the screan and put on a screan saver . I then bought the otter box phone case to help this from happening again. Thanks impression cell tech

Fixed my screen and did a good job, but they looked at all of my photos and I know this because my photo app was opened right in front of me and scrolled to photos from MONTHS ago!!!! No privacy what so ever and when asked about it they froze and denied it. Don’t trust them!!!
