I feel so bad for my friend Diana. They stole her Amazon packages worth $4000+ twice :(… Not worth it… they won’t even let her post a missing package AD at the apartment :(The comment below helped Diana!

We have been here 7.5 yr. Location is great. So many amenities accessible by walking. The train whistle can be annoying especially when watching TV or have company over. The furnace fan is also too noisy especially so when watching TV. Our kitchen counters and space is great. We find Grydpark challenging. Our hallways and doors, and door sweeps, are in need of upkeep.We appreciate our caretaker (Arnold). We find him friendly and approachable. Our concerns are addressed promptly. We had issues with our kitchen faucet and we had almost immediate attention. Problem solved!This is a good place to live. We have great neighbors living in this complex. But there are ongoing upkeep challenges. Our caretaker has to work within his budget limitations. But he is trying hard to make it a great experience to live at The Ridge.

Location is great, close to every amenity you could want. Building is concrete, so it’s quiet and the finishings are waaay better than my last place! Love that my 2br also has 2 bathrooms! Balconies are large w/ ample room for bbq and small patio set w/ room to spare. It’s close to Fort Whyte, so if you’re a fan of nature/ great running/ biking paths, you’ll enjoy it even more!

Love the location and love the apartment. The caretakers are amazing, most helpful and very respectful. Great amenities like underground parking, modern common room and gym. The building is kept up very nicely by Towers.

My mom has lived there for 2.5 years. Joel and Maria are great building managers. The building is well kept and clean. They are always quick to respond to concerns. The suites are spacious with a lot of cupboard space. You're close to countless stores and restaurants. You never have to drive far to get anywhere!Great building! Great location!

Always glass in the parking lot!

I have been here for 5 years +. Time to leave I guess, they STEAL a lot at this apartment. My Amazon order worth $4,890 has been stolen TWICE!!! If you don’t mind the theft, go for it.The comment below helped me. So changed to a 5 star.
