Boss Nails & Beauty Bar Whitby

I had a great experience doing my nails and lashes as well. I was very happy with the lash extensions. They lasted a long time and didn't irritate my eyes at all.. their customer service was excellent. This will be my goto spot in Whitby.

This is my favourite manicure ever. She did such a thorough job, and they looked just like I hoped. My nails were in pretty rough shape when I went in and now I can’t stop looking at them. I also got a pedicure that was very well done. Highly recommend.

The ladies are lovely and did a great job. I was sad to see to very rude clients (one loudly on a call she had on speaker phone and a second that did not have an appointment upset because they could not squeeze in her pedi and acrylic request). Both women were treated to smiles and professional attitude. The staff are great and my nails looked fabulous. Very lovely space.

It's been over a year since my mom and I first visited Boss Nails & Beauty Bar, but it feels like we've known the staff forever! Whenever my picky mother comes in with her Pinterest-inspired vision for her nails, the ladies at BN&BB always deliver. We both love coming home after our appointments and showing off their amazing work to each other - just one more reason why this is now our go-to salon before vacations so we can look AND feel fabulous! Special thanks to these lovely professionals for making us all feel like bosses when we leave :)

I had my first visit at this salon yesterday and Susan did my nails. I have no complaints. Very happy with the work, she is the most efficient tech to ever do my nails and they came out beautiful. The shop is also designed very nicely. Small but they also honour appointment times so it is not busy. Will absolutely come back again.

This past Sunday, I did a shellac pedi and bio gel full set and my fiance did a Mani Pedi. The ladies were very good! First I must say how lovely the decor is. The ladies were made aware that we were diabetic and the took extra care of our feet. The massage was so relaxing. I can't wait to return for my fill!! I found this mail salon through Google and did my research on insta. They have many beautiful designs to choose from. They sanitize before and after. Great experience.

I have been coming here for a couple of months now and it is definitely my favourite nail salon in Whitby! Jasmine never disappoints! She’s great, very friendly and professional. All the ladies at Boss Beauty bar are all nice and the place is very clean.

I recently discovered Boss Beauty Bar. After reading all the reviews I requested for Susan right before going on vacation. She did an incredible job on an ombré french tip design that I showed her a photo of. It was on my own nails in shellac and it lasted 3 to 4 weeks. I give Susan a 5 star.Different visit:Another technician at the same place charged me $10 more for the exact same ombré design than I paid the first time around with Susan. I had to pay an extra $5 for a fake nail as I had chipped one of my nails - totally understandable but the excessive ombré add-on I was surprised by. I was too exhausted to bring it up and argue but I will bring it up at my next appointment. The girl was also argumentative. She tried to convince me my thumb nail was deformed when I asked her to buff out the caked uneven bumpy layer of shellac on one nail. And then she offered to buff and fix her own mistake for an extra charge. She fixed it and my nail isn’t deformed. I gather that’s what she built into her pricing without stating.
