I was here for IUD insertion. I went in expecting level 7/10 pain (which was the amount of pain I had last time at another clinic). But I experienced almost no pain. This clinic makes sure that everyone feels comfortable. I wish all the healthcare providers prioritized patients' comfort as much as this clinic does. I highly recommend this place.

I came to get my Nexplanon inserted and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was kind and Dr. Jiang was exceptional. Dr. Jiang provided me with all the necessary information and took the time to answer all my questions. I was extremely nervous for the procedure but she was understanding, patient, and ensured I was comfortable.

Got an IUD inserted and had a great experience! Gaudreau was a gem and made me feel super comfortable:) Would 100% recommend coming here!

Wonderfully helpful receptionists. A calm environment. An overall great experience.They weren't able to take new patients the second time I called (the doctor I had seen previously retired in the meantime), but the lady I spoke to made sure I was aware of alternatives in the area to find what I was looking for. This is going the extra mile, and it makes a difference! Thank you :)

About 6 months ago I got my mini copper iud inserted, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I was extremely anxious and stressed but the staff were very reassuring and the environment of the clinic was so soothing and peaceful.During the procedure I felt no pain, just slight discomfort. And afterwards I was completely okay to go on about my day.The cramps during my first few cycles were painful, however coming to the 6 month mark I’ve noticed they’ve certainly gone down.I would recommend everyone to this clinic!

Fantastic clinic! I got my IUD successfully changed here after a previous negative experience at an appointment at a different clinic (long story- I left upset & without my new IUD). I'm neurodivergent and can get anxious/overwhelmed. The staff at Clinique Femina were wonderful and took care to ensure I was comfortable and reassured. The clinic atmosphere was peaceful, calming, and very sensory-friendly. I also love that they offer some pain management for the insertion process. If I have any issues with the new IUD (so far, so good!) or for any other testing/contraceptive needs, I'll be going back. Very highly recommend this clinic!!

I booked my appointment with this clinic based on the Google reviews, and they did not disappoint. Procedure was painless, safe and easy. Staff was AMAZING. Very friendly and empathetic. I would reccomend this place to any of my female friends that may ever need to undergo the procedure.

Came in for an IUD insertion with Dr. Jiang. Couldn't speak more highly about the experience. The staff was very friendly and organized. The environment was very welcoming and calming. The IUD insertion was almost painless and went by very smoothly. Dr. Jiang made me feel very comfortable the entire time and answered all of my questions. During the insertion, I was given a heating pad which was very nice. Overall 10/10 experience!

My IUD insertion at Femina was honestly one of the best medical experiences of my life. My whole life I have avoided getting an IUD as I have 0 pain tolerance, as well as I work in healthcare and have helped insert IUDs at other institutions -- that alone made me never want to get one. My friend told me about Femina so I decided to go. This clinic goes the extra mile for patient comfort. I had my insertion with Dr Guimond who was SO lovely and kind. I was offered laughing gas to inhale throughout (which I accepted) and she did a paracervical block to freeze the cervix as well (didn't even feel the needle!!!). All I felt was 2 quick cramps for the measurement and insertion itself and it was over. The process took less than 5 minutes and I was able to run my errands and go about my day right after. It's upsetting to me that this is not the standard of care for IUD insertion, but I'm so glad a clinic like Femina exists and I hope one day these extra measures for comfort will become the norm in other clinics. Thank you Femina and thank you Dr Guimond for providing such excellent women's health care!!!!

Like many others have said, IUD insertion with Dr. Guimond is a total cakewalk. I really can't speak highly enough of my experience with her. The clinic itself is nice too, with comfy seating and friendly staff. So glad I came here.
