The staff are always friendly and greeted my woofer by name when we arrived. Asked how she was doing and couldn’t believe she was 10 yrs old and that they have been making her beautiful for almost a decade :)I definitely have no hesitation having her there. Keep up the great work

I took my Pomeranian here for his first grooming and they did such a good job on him. They were so nice to my dog I felt really good leaving him there.

Have had a very positive experience with Colleen in both beginner and intermediate training with our puppy Archie. We have seen such a positive change in him since starting training and are so happy with all the advice and things we have learned. It has been an invaluable experience and a place we are comfortable going to and Archie loves.We also chose to go with the grooming services as well since we had such a positive experience with training. Devon has been wonderful with Archie and he really likes her. She has assured us that we are doing a good job with maintaining him between grooming sessions and how we have done puppy cuts. We weren’t sure how he would do since we had tried doing his grooming in the past and it just ended with everyone frustrated. Apparently Archie is an absolute angel and it makes me feel happy to know he’s in a safe place and looking his best.

My go to pet store in Cambridge. Associates are great and greet you when you come in and more than willing to help. They usually have sales and stuff on clearance which is nice. They also support TCR so there are usually kitties up for adoption in the back.Wish the betas were in larger containers though, seems sad to have them in such small tubs.

If I were just rating for service at groomers, it would be 5 stars. Extremely happy with the TLC and hair cut they gave my mom's dog. Also how they were with my mom. Fantastic. BUT, the cost of grooming. Expensive. Pretty steep for my mom to be paying! I recommend Petsmart but I do warn, expensive.

friendly staff, great selection of toys and always getting new stuff in! Colleen is also great for training foundations and the training is very affordable!
