Kai was quite friendly, but it did not make up for the worst National experience I've ever had. I rent a car every week with National locations and expect to be able to choose either a premium model or large vehicle from the Executive area. There were literally zero cars available. I had to wait a moderate amount of time for a compact SUV" to be provided. I didn't have a choice of any other model. Management needs to quickly figure out how to fix this location

Easy to find from domestic arrivals and if you have emerald aisle dead simple to get your vehicle. They did not have minivan I reserved but they quickly gave me a huge pickup for same price. Even helped me get out of the tight parking area.

Terrible experience. Waitied at the line in front of the National desk and when it was my turn, they told me to go line up at the Alamo line. There were no signs anywhere indicating this. After a 40 min wait, was finally at the front of the line. Then was told to go back to the National desk to wait to be called. Meanwhile I saw others waiting in the National line and they were being helped instead of being told to line up in the Alamo line. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Recently switch corporately from a competitor to National. I am blown away at the difference in service experience. Emerald Aisle is amazing, their level of customization before, during and after the rental experience is outstanding. A case study in turning a mundane and often frustrating aspect of business travel into a positive. Well done.

I just landed from a 8 hour flight. There is only two workers for three companies. The line is huge and I have been here for 45 minutes. National, enterprise, and Alamo. Very poor service. Meanwhile Avis has 7 people working providing excellent service.After the line the person I dealt with was great. He definitely made up for the wait.

Customer service here is excellent. Check-in process was a breeze. Picking out my car as an executive elite was perfect. Very sweet and hospitable. Highly recommend. Best rental experience.

Booked car for 12pm pick up and told it’s not ready until 3pm and now stuck waiting at the airport. We had a reservation that was missed because of this delay.

Exceptional services. The manager sent a note to see if everything went well during the reservation/pick up of the car process. They also offer drinks/cockles at the drop off location for appreciating customers for the business.
