Thank you for the great buying experience! Right from the get go, Ryan was very open and upfront in the whole process as the deal was made solely over texting and phone calls back in August. When the auto came in, we drove 4.5 hours to do the paperwork and pick up my 2023 Acadia AT4, and everything was exactly what I wanted. The experience was very pleasant. Thanks to Ryan, for coordinating the whole buying and trade-in process over the phone and keeping me updated weekly on the location of my new vehicle until it arrived; Norman, for the excellent orientation on the Acadia; and Lori, for completing all of the financial documentation! My husband is one tough cookie to impress when it comes to automotive dealerships, so after we left Key in our new 2023 Acadia AT4, when he stated, that they (Key Chev, Yorkton staff) were very welcoming and made for a relaxed environment, plus were professional during the whole process, I just had to share. This should be a 6 star comment: I met the most fantastic group of car dealers at Key Chevrolet Buick Inc. in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. They were polite, courteous, very understanding of a persons finical situation, superbly helpful, and always ready and willing to go the extra Kilometer for their customers. What an outstanding awesome team to work with! I felt relaxed and stress free of any worries the whole time I was with them. They never hid any details from me about the purchase of the vehicle I wanted. I hope more customers would pop in to see these people! Thanks to this great team of dealers today, I happier than a child in a candy shop with my purchase. Thank you again, Key Auto Chev! Thumbs Up!!!!

Completely and utterly disgusted. Does not even deserve a star. Service advisors (Mandy) argue with your concerns and will not allow you to speak with a service manager because he is always “busy” and cannot return a phone call. They squeeze you for money any way they can, even when warranty should cover the vehicle issues. It’s bad when another GM dealership tells you that you should go back to Key to refund your money. I do not recommend this service department to anyone, I recommend you drive to another GM dealership to get service work done.

If I could give a lower star I would.We requested information, they said morning. No call back no email, zero communication. I called them, the front staff lady was incredibly rude. I was transferred to sales team who didn’t pick up and when the message manager came in my call was disconnected.Once it was disconnected I called the front. I could hear the lady sigh, and all the background noise and was just immediately put on hold. No hello no apologies just hold music. Didn’t even get a chance to say I was disconnected. Tried again. Nope hold. I said hello and was hung up on. I phoned from MY SONS phone and miraculously oh, she answers. “We are very busy.” And I said “oh come on now, really?” And she hung up. I work with customers every day. You just have to communicate. We all understand busy. We can all wait. But don’t hang up and sigh, don’t ignore people. If you’re going to commit than commit

Bought a car here and it was a smoothe transaction. Staff was friendly and helpful. They gave a fair trade in price for our old vehicle and the incentives we were entitled to on the new one. Paragon motors offered us half the trade in and low incentives( 1.5k vs 6) which was insulting, so the move to Key was easy. Thanks guys.
