If I could give a minus -1 I would. It’s been almost 3 weeks and they still have not completed my simple tax return.Whenever I call they say they are still in process and that they are waiting for someone to review them and they don’t have a time frame for when they will be finished.Now I have to pick up and take them somewhere else or wait an unknown amount of time.So unprofessional!!
