Great people to deal with. The bicycle we bought for our son was priced wrong. They had no problem in honoring the lesser price for the bike. They had the bike ready for us within 20 minutes and we were off. Thank you Caps bicycles.

Awesome place to shop for a bike! We bought a bike for our daughter about 2 weeks ago and when we got it home we realized that we paid more than the sale price that was advertised online by about $70. We where going to call about it but life got busy. Then I received a msg from them asking about the service we received. I explained what happened over text. They responded immediately and apologized explained that a mistake was made and that we would be refunded the difference. I was impressed by the response and honesty about what happened. Well life gets busy and I totally forgot about it and would have never remembered that we where supposed to receive a call the next day to refund us the money.So about two weeks go by bringing us to today where I get a phone call from the owner Graham. He apologized for not getting back to me sooner but he would like to process the refund!I am just so impressed that even though it took a couple weeks he chose to make it a priority to make sure we where refunded. Very honest people and speaks to integrity of the business. Need more businesses out there like this.Highly recommend going by this shop to look at the awesome bikes and receive great service! I have always been treated extremely well by Graham and his team at Cap's Bicycles in Langley. In fact, I wouldn't purchase a bike anywhere else because their service is second to none, they stand behind what they sell and if you ever have a problem, they will always make it right. This is a family business now led by Graham, the 3rd generation, and so he has his good family name invested in everything Cap's does for its customers. Their new location on 203 Street just South of 64th Avenue has much better parking and is far easier to get in and out of than their old location on Logan Avenue as well. Walter van Halst

Very happy with this place. Bought an ebike here last week. They weren't pushy at all, but able to answer my questions. They offer free 12 month financing, which I was really happy about. Definitely recommend going here for your next bike.

Excellent customer service and tune up ! Took my daughters bike by there today (walk in) he fit me in right away. The bike was bought elsewhere and he looked it over adjusted what needed to be fixed. Cut seat post. Charged me $10. I 100% recommend these guys !!!! Very friendly.They are extremely busy so book ahead if you can. Great variety of bikes scooters e-bikes and accessories.

Caps is the only place I will go to service my bike even though Trek (I have a hybrid Trek bike) is down the street. They are very honest and forth coming regarding what needs to be serviced. They also don't gouge you on service items or embellish what needs to get done. I trust them emphatically and recommend all my bicycle friends and family to Caps. Dan especially is amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I appreciate they're stellar customer service and couldn't be happier with the Caps team. Thank you for being such a great place to trust my bike with! So glad Cap's has opened up here. Brought in my son's bike for a refit, and after some honest appraisal of the work that needed to be done (read: the maintenance he didn't do), we decided to spring for a new bike. Service was thorough and well informed, and provided us the right info to make the best purchase. My kid is soooooo happy, and has already made his presence known on the trails near our house. They made sure we knew what steps were required to maintain the new bike, and when to bring it in for a tune-up. More money than I had anticipated on paying, but very happy with the value and service we received. Thanks guys!
