This location is very good, their toppings are fresh and the staff are great.They always make my subs with lots of toppings.Always like coming here since they always have every bread available.

Short on staff, long wait and no selection of bread available. Took over 25 mins for 1 sandwich. Hopefully they have atleast 2 people during peak hours.

We just bought sandwiches from the Richmond Hill 8750 Bayview store.. The staff working in the evening shift was not at all friendly.. The pop machine was not working we told her twice that it's all water coming out.. She goes inside the kitchen to check the machine and comes back to say the front one(which we said is not functioning)is working fine .... She saw that it's just water coming and told us to pay 40 cents more for the bottle if we need the drink...Wow... You pay for the food and you get an attitude as you asked for free food. This shows poor and unfriendly service.

I love the subs at Subway. The price is reasonable and always made fresh. Being able to customize the topping is a plus. Staffs are always friendly and the store is clean. Sub of the day and Sub under $5" is the value deal!"

First time at this location restaurant was clean I had a mobile order and it was ready as the app says. Gentlemen asked if I was a online order and helped me as I walked in. I'll be back at those location since I was my car all the time across the plaza.

The mashadi family who works here are super nice. I always go to this subway because I love their service. They are always friendly to everyone, well respected and well mannered. They never fail to put a smile on my face and I am always satisfied with the great tasting sub. Speaking of these subs, I'll probably go there today to grab one. I love it. 10/10 would recommendStore is always clean too. Always place to sit too, washrooms are clean too.

Food was decent but the service was below standard. I ordered with a coupon that was supposed to give a free drink and cookie/chips when ordering a footlong, but that didn't happen. I understand that coupons may not be accepted at all locations, but they scanned the coupon, let me pay, and then completely ignored the coupon's existences afterwards. (As a side note, I had asked before I scanned if coupons were accepted, and they directed me to scan the coupon.) When I received my sandwich, I asked if I could get what the coupon stated, but then the owners discussed and said no. I asked for my coupon back but they said they couldn't give it back either. If coupons are not accepted, why was it scanned without any mention of it not being accepted before purchase? I don't care if coupons are refused upfront before purchase, but since it was scanned and accepted (as the coupon was not returned) then why was it not honoured?
