Complete flooring did our flooring in our new build and did an excellent job. Unfortunately we had a chip in the laminate and I was in contact with Wade and he scheduled John to come repair it. We are so pleased with how well the repair was done. Even looking for the repair its is very difficult to find. Thank you so much Wade and John.

Great people, great store, great products. Seems that the few people giving low reviews don't have an actual issue. I would recommend CF to anyone.

Forget the big box stores. Complete flooring took the time to explain the pros and cons of each type of flooring for my situation. With a volume order they even beat the sale price of the other guys.

Complete disappointment - bought my original laminate through CF and when I had a water issue I had to replace it all - took a sample to CF and they said they would look into it .. i had to call 4 times over a week to get a answer and the only time they called me back all they said was cant get it" and thats it ... no suggestion for other flooring etc ... Went to the other shop in town and walked out within 30 minutes with new laminate. Reccmend just going where your going to get the customer service first off.."

This flooring company was contracted to replace our basement flooring due to a pipe bursting. The original flooring guy came to do measurements, we went into the store and picked out what we wanted and then did not hear back from him. When I didn't get a response I phoned the store to be told he doesn't work there anymore. When I asked about my flooring they said they have no idea what flooring I picked so I had to go back in and pick it again (they also lost our basement floor sample from our current flooring). Went back in to pick it to be told I couldn't pick the one we originally wanted. When it was finally time for them to come do our flooring the flooring person didn't show up. I called at 930 and was told they were backed up and would be there by 11. Called at 1130 and was told they would be there by 1. I received no calls and eventually had to leave at 315. I got a text at 4pm saying they were there to drop off materials. I wasn't at home anymore. They worked partial days Friday and Saturday only to discover they were short flooring. After they left they didn't come back. Called again Monday and the owner Wade said they were trying to find some from the warehouse. Phoned Tuesday morning and didn't get a call back until Tuesday afternoon saying it was being shipped Wednesday. On Wednesday they finally showed up and finished it. I told the owner Wade how I was dissapointed in their service and I had been waiting for this job to be done for over 2 months. He told me insurance claims take a while and didn't even offer an apology for their terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. They do not value your time.
