I had good experiences with them over the years, I'm not a big buyer there but they have products that I use. I was informed this year that because I did not have a commercial front they did not want my business. And tossed my account.I'm not blaming them. This is happening a lot more for the little guy, prices are getting jacked for the small.Go to Lancashire distributing, I even get better prices now for melamine than Formations.. they don't b**** about minimum buys, they're more of the mind frame of one sheet or 100 sheets will sell it to you!! The folks are straightforward, they will warm up to you as you go there more often, whenever I'm looking for something they do what they can to find it, and they always have. They also now have the fellow that used to match the stains and run the spray shop at eroko... You won't go wrong.. He's really good!

I build shaker and craftsman style furniture for a living. I have done business with them in the past. Now they don't deal with people and only want corporate customers. Fine by me; I will buy hardwood elsewhere.

Rude warehouse laborers, extremely long wait times for pick ups (20-60 minutes as the only client there) in comparison to the other 3 suppliers we use. Do not carry anything but the most basic materials in stock, all else must be shipped in 5-6 weeks. Have had multiple issues with quality, however are willing to replace product.Time lost, however is on you.
