I went to Vantechs because my laptop was slow and i wanted to clean it.Miss Ella was very nice and helpful and took the time write everything i wanted to do.I told her that i needed my laptop as soon as possible ,very fast.The very next day,Mr John,the technician phoned me early in the morning to come pick up the laptop so i went right away to get it.I noticed that one of the program i wanted to remove was still there.I was thinking to myself that i will have to go back to get it removed.Then,the next morning,Miss Ella phoned me to ask me if i was happy with my laptop and i told her about the program to remove.She said come whenever you want it will be very fast and easy to remove it.The next day,i went back and Mr John came right away and remove it very fast.He apologized so many times for not removing it the first time.I think there was a confusion because i didn't say the right name of the program.Anyway,it is all perfect now and i am more than happy with my laptop.I am really happy also because the cost was great ,not too much and affordable.Thanks a ton Vantechs for taking care of my old laptop and making everything right!!!!A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

These guys are great and helpful. I typically do not deal with smaller local stores as they tend to have very unreasonable pricing. I operate a small business myself and realize that it is hard to beat online prices. However being more than twice the online prices is just not good practice. Vantech on the other hand does have very reasonable pricing. In addition they tend to have very odd computer cables that I have needed on more than one occasion! Highly recommend them!

Above and beyond! Great customer service. On stop shop for businesses They setup security cameras for us. we bought our computer from them! and they helped us with google adwords and marketing. Dedicated and efficient team! Thank you guys for your effort and great service

I had a problem with a backup and had to install Windows 10, an SSD and a graphics card. Took my computer to Vantechs and was very pleased with the service. The receptionist (Ferial) was very friendly, and the tech (Tiago) did a great job getting my computer repaired and updated quickly. He also patiently helped me by phone, even after the bill was paid. I would certainly recommend Vantechs if you need computer services.

This was the first time we have used Vantechs to help us with our printer and our scanner. We have had two other companies help us before with our computer, one on line and one who came to our home. Both were less than fully successful. The Vantechs technician was thoroughly knowledgeable, patient, very polite, and helped us reset both our printer and scanner.They were able to do this in just over and hour.
