The absolute worst receptionists and Doctors. So rude. Takes a month for an emergency appointment just to rush you through the whole thing. Doesnt even have a voicemail - so being told at 9:05am on a Monday we are not taking calls right now

Worst staff in health care. There is only 1 girl at the front who is a decent human being. But the girl with the heavy east Indian accent is the worst thing to happen to this once upon a time brand new location. For shame on Dr silva for not caring about his practice and patients. Would not be surprised if they are facing fines- such a dirty facility as well.

Dr Guna has been our family doctor for almost 8 years now. She has been extra careful during the pandemic which I appreciate especially when giving my baby vaccines. She is fast with referrals when needed and is very empathetic and understanding.Receptionist is a joke! I call to ask her to ask doctor Guna to send my prescription to my pharmacy and she gives me the run around and I have to constantly call and bug. I don't want to have to switch doctors but it's tempting because I am sick of this run around I keep getting. Pay attention to what people are asking you!!

Have been with this clinic for years. However since covid it has gone to hell. The reception don’t know anything. They say things are faxed and referrals sent and nothing. I called Monday about my sons prescription as we’re almost out and I had talked to the pharmacy and they faxed his old dosage so I needed them to send the correct dosage. Was told by reception after being asked for my sons birthday and name several times like clean out your ears that they had no record of this change. Seriously the dr prescribed it I have the pill bottle with her name on it. They said I need an appointment if I want a different dosage so said fine I need it this week as he only has pills till Thursday. They said they would call Tuesday between 2-3pm nothing. I called at 4:30 and got hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes. Called again today was told the dr wasn’t in. I said well they were suppose to call me yesterday I need this medication suddenly they front desk girl would talk to the dr. Came back a few minutes later and said the dr would call me soon. It’s 5 hours later and still nothing. You have sign in your office saying $50 for missed appointments as your time is valuable. So is mine.

Dr. Guna is the best Doctor I've ever seen in my life, she treats her patients like family and she genuinely cares. My wife once miscarried after 4 months of pregnancy and Dr. Guna went out of her way to help and support to the point that she gave my wife her personal cellphone number to call her if she has any questions or concerns or if she wants to talk about the miscarriage. And there are countless of stories over the years where she was there for the whole family.Thank you Dr. GUNA. you're awesome! We love you.

Dr Guna is an amazing doctor, but it hard to get ahold of her and the receptionist team is terrible. They are rude and tell you incorrect information and probably relay information poorly. Very upset that this happens every time I call to get help from my family doctor or 6 years

Dr. Gunasingham is an excellent doctor. One of the best I have had ever. Unfortunately, the receptionist at this office is very slow and unorganized. The recpetionist made false promises about scheduling followup appointments and referrals but never did and I had to keep calling to remind them multiple times which was frustrating.

Horribly understaffed for reception. Usually takes a minimum of 3-4 phone calls before you can get through -just to be put on hold. My pharmacy has been trying to get my prescription refilled for 6 days now. I called the doctors office today at 2pm and was told they could take care of it by 5pm. 6:30 this evening I received a call from their fax machine, I'm guessing my prescription is not going to be ready at all today because they have tried faxing it to me instead of the pharmacy. Idiots

I regret given it one starNot even worth oneSecretaries are the worst, nothing requested ever gets done, a specialist referral was ordered by Dr and I had to wait months just to get a referral sent, calls are never answered and when they do is only to be put on hold and never be answered to. Worst service ever had.
