My mom received a pair of earings for Christmas and she had received the same pair before so she wanted to return them. On the receipt it said 30 days money back and when she went to return them the manager was disgustingly rude and told my mom they will only give her in store credit for the earings because that was the policy. My mom stated that no one told my dad then when he bought them and it also says on their website 30 days money back. The lady still insisted that it was the policy so my mom called three other Ben Moss Places and said that it was 30 days money back. My mom then went back into the store and told the manager what the other stores said. She made a rude remark saying she would take them back then and then proceeded to tell my mom that she was lucky that she was returning them for her because it was Boxing Day. My mom told her that she could come back tomorrow and the lady told my mom in a rude tone no. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service in a store especially from a manager. We will not be shopping there again.

Horrible.My son bought me a ring that had black rhodium on it, a very prominent part of the ring. He knew it would need resizing and made a point of asking about re-sizing. When I did take it in for re-sizing after Christmas I was charged $42 over the top of the price of the ring, in order to size it. When I was called to get it I was hugely let down as the black rhodium had completely disappeared completely changing (ruining) the look of the ring. I asked to have this corrected so the ring was gone again. Now at two weeks past the time I took the ring in for sizing it was again back(they don’t have anyone to do their work, they send it out).On going to get the ring I found very little black rhodium was applied, the ring still looked hugely different from the ring my son gave me for Christmas. I was so very disappointed. I asked for this to be corrected and was told they can’t do any better than that. I was asked how they could make it right, I stated that they should for starters be honest and upfront with people purchasing pieces with black rhodium in them letting them know that it would likely come off and the ring appearance be changed when being sized (remember my son did ask if it could be resized). As they ruined the appearance and gave no foresight I asked to get the money they charged as additional back since the resizing it did ruin the look. I was told they could not reimburse me that.I asked another employee what happens when black rhodium was exposed to heat for resizing, she stated that the black rhodium will fade. I then asked the original sales girl why she did not tell this to my son or me when he purchased it, and also when I brought it in. It was the same gal we both encountered. She responded how was she to know that would happen? I said that the other lady working there knew, it seemed common knowledge this would happen, why could she not be honest with my son or me? She used it having been near Christmas and “busy” as an excuse to not take the time to explain what resizing would do to it.In the end the ring is going to be returned for full refund and me, my son, and many others will NEVER shop there again. Dishonesty is something I definitely do not value.Oh yes, in addition the nasty little b....ch that sold the ring says to me that losing this is no big deal it’s just a $(insert dollar amount) sale, belittling what my son had done as a loving gift to his Mom. She has no business in sales.

I have been waiting over a month now for my engagement ring to be sized. Before I could even wear the ring, one of the clasps holding the diamond was broken! Completely unacceptable to be waiting this long to get it fixed!

Purchased a necklace that had 2 charms with names engraved and birthstones of my grandchildren. Sales person told us that as babies were born, we could add more charms. Ordered and paid for the new charm then got a call that wasn't possible - had to order a whole new necklace and the only way was to order extra blank charms and get them engraved as required. How would anyone know how many grandkids they are going to have/how many charms to prebuy? Why are sales people telling customers they can order additional charms anytime? Please update your staff on the policies as I would not have purchased this necklace had I been told you couldn't add charms. Won't be going back to Ben Moss.

I will not buy a ring from Ben Moss ever again. My now husband spent a fair amount of money only my engagement ring. He bought one of the Blossom cut Canadian diamond rings... I wore it twice and had lost 3 diamonds off of the band.. now two years latter have replaced 12 diamonds on the band... so I quit wearing it. I decided to buy a nice size band that I could wear as I was not spending a arm and a leg on a new engagement ring. This band was nice a stackable ring. Had 7 nice sized diamonds... this ring didn’t even last 2 months before I lost 2 of the diamonds. Each of the diamonds cost $65 to replace on the ring. Of course Ben moss will not cover it as this is only a $300 ring... they wouldn’t even cover my $2800 ring. (Keep in mind, of course I have the life time warranty, did you know they only cover re tipping the prong things that hold the diamonds in? Yah neither did i.)Never again will I buy Ben Moss.Oh! My husband got his ring from Michael hill. He wears this ring EVERY day. He does physical work. He has 12 diamonds on his ring. Has never lost ONE.

Would not recommend unless you like terrible customer service. I wanted to get a chain for my sons birthday, they said online they had it in stock, went in and when I finally did get help the one lady couldn't find the chain I was looking for and the other lady was too busy standing there untangling a display necklace to help her for the first 10 minutes. When she did decide to help her coworker neither of them could find it though they said they had 2 in stock. I understand them not having it or being able to find it, but they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for 15/20 minutes and they just wanted me to leave. Then all the one lady had to say was I don't know what to tell you" so I just walked out not knowing what to say either. I went across the hall (in the mall) to the other Jewlery place and they were AMAZING!! Same thing happened

The service here is amazing. I took my time looking for a ring and came back to the store so many times. Each time, the ladies gave such great service and were amazing to deal with. I would highly suggest going here! They know what they're talking about and are very helpful and kind. I just want to say a huge thank you too everyone who helped me out at Ben Moss. I had nothing but good experiences!
