Got a vehicle rental while our car was getting fixed and had an amazing experience with Hertz Chilliwack. Mindy and Laurna are professional, kind, and do a phenomenal job. They clearly care about their customers. Would definitely rent with them again.

Alright, so here's the deal. I'm a die hard Enterprise customer, but wasn't able to this time, so I chose Hertz. I'm now questioning my Enterprise loyalty. This Hertz location was fantastic! The rate was extremely reasonable for an airport location and the process was quick and painless. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely try Hertz again due to this experience at this location.

After a stressful and unsuccessful experience at another car rental company in Chilliwack, we ran in a panic to Hertz about 20 minutes before closing. Jasmine went above and beyond to not only help us through the experience but to get us the best deal possible. She was personable, enjoyable and so dang efficient! It was an awesome experience. I went in there almost in tears due to the stress and left with a smile. Thank you, Jasmine!!

The location is easy to find and gas a large lot for parking returns. I dropped a car here after flying into Vancouver, easy as pie. The drop was fast and efficient - and the staff very pleasant to deal with. The lady at the front was so pleasant and helpful, it was a great way to start my day. Will be back!!! Thank you Hertz!!

Rent from here. The lady who helped me, Lorna, was fantastic. I had issues with figuring out my insurance policy from expedia, and she helped sort all of it, and walked me through everything. This small Hertz is the quickest, and easiest car rental service ive had anywhere.

They worked very together with the local dealership to help me get the vehicle I needed. The staff was kind and helpful. The vehicle was just what i needed at the price i needed...though it hadn't been cleaned when I picked it up and the horn was not working.

Excellent Customer Service Experience ! The female staff member that I got to meet with my brother to rent a van was super! Even though she was close to being off that day , she still took extra time to assure that our paperwork got completed and that we have received all the needed information in regards to the rental.Also the prices for renting are amazing ! Very affordable *Will highly recommend !

Lorna pulled through for me again :). She gave me the best SUV possible for the task of moving my spouse a little at a time from one place to another. Thank you SO MUCH for understanding my reason for renting a vehicle. If I ever need to rent a vehicle here in Chilliwack again, I will always contact Lorna at Hertz Car Rental. Great service, fast, and super helpful! I needed a ride home after dropping off my car (I live on a mountain) and most of the time there is no chance I am able to get a ride home. I can't even get pizza delivered lol But the great people at Hertz gave me a ride to my bank appointment and then home. Highly recommend!

I will never rent from Hertz again, charged me for twice as many days as I used, so double. Would not make any accommodations, would not refund the balance of what was owed to me. Staff would not help get a refund, had to call and the agent said he would not refund me for the days used and that there was nobody else I could speak to. On top of all this, they tried to blame me for an existing scratch on the car when I brought it back. Poor service and you have to pay for what you don’t use.
