We hadn't planned on staying overnight near Edmunston, but after our car broke down on route from ON to PEI, our vehicle was towed to a garage in St-Jacques.We were lucky enough that Auberge MicKy was just down the street from the garage. What a happy accident! This is a hidden gem. The staff was so lovely and helpful. Their kindness to us was amazing! This will be our go-to place to stop on future drives!Leslie Duffy

I have stayed in numerous hotels and motels over the years but this one is the best I have ever seen. Everything is perfect right up to the finest little detail. Very clean! Very picturesque. Comfortable! Lots of parking...especially if you have a trailer. We will definitely stay here every time we are travelling through.

Fantastic place for a rest! Our delayed arrival time was accommodated without hesitation with clear and concise instructions. We stayed in one of the cabins, super clean, comfortable and cozy. The glider-rocker was a wonderful touch. Even though it’s pet friendly, there was no evidence of pets in the space we were in, which was nice, given we were a group with allergies to pet hair. We highly recommend Auberge Micky - great price point!

We stayed here for the 1st time a week ago on our way to PEI for the week. Immediately the following morning, we booked again for last night. With some juggling, the owner found us a room for 3 adults. When we checked in last night, we found that we had been moved to a chalet(upgrade) at no extra charge due to a company needing multiple rooms. The chalet was amazing. Comfortable bed, small kitchen area, and lots of hot water for showers. I'm hoping to make it an annual trip to PEI, and I will be staying at this location every time.

Clean and new but needs refinementThe person at the desk was nice, and the room was clean and new. We got a suite with a pull out couch and one bedroom with a queen-size bed for 300$ for one night. We got in after almost 8 hours of driving, finding out a bridge was washed out, and needing to find new accomodations. Luckily they had a room as we were exhausted as was our 4 month old.The space is nice and new and clean, if sparse which is nice, although it smells strongly of paint/chemicals/plastic which made it hard to go to sleep. When we arrived we curled up on the couch with the baby, and went in search of a blanket, but there weren't any. We opened up the couch to get in there but there were no sheets or blankets on it, now anywhere we could find. We called the front desk in the main building and they had us leave to come get sheets (inconvenient in the rain when you have an upset baby). While one of us was trying to calm the baby the other was trying to put sheets on the couch bed (not a real couch size, more of a loveseat) we realized the sheets they had given us were far too small, for a single. Not a full - which the sofabed is. We called back, again, and one of us left, again, to go get something better. The receptionist didn't offer a full sheet set, just provided a larger fitted sheet, which we used but was definitely too big :/ . If you offer sofa beds I'd hope they'd have sheets to fit, and for those, if not on, to be found in the room, or at least presented the first time? The door in the suite provides no sound barrier between the rooms so with the baby in one any noise made in the other woke him, even with our sound machine. We ended up turning on the fan in the bathroom as an extra sound barrier as we could also hear our neighbours, and I'm sure they, us.The window coverings were good to keep the rooms dark, so that was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is in the bedroom though so if anyone needs to use it at night they may wake the person sleeping in the bed to get to it.In the morning, though, the kitchen plug didn't work (which the coffee maker was plugged into) and trying to reset it did nothing. The bowls were insufficient for cereal/oatmeal and even the mugs too small for an adult sized portion. The shower pressure was great but the shower curtain liner wasn't big enough.Their admonishion to wash your own dishes and then presenting a prominent tip envelope felt strange. For putting our own sheets on a bed after having to leave to get them multiple times, and doing our own dishes, it didn't feel like tip would make sense. Too loud to watch tv in the living room for the person to sleep in the bedroom..It's new and clean and could be great as they refine the details; air out the new rooms to reduce the smell, get the plugs working, include required blankets and sheets in the room, change the door so it provides some sound proofing, and provide proper bowls and shower curtains. Additionally a dish rack for the dishes we wash ourselves would be helpful.

Awesome spot where thought has been given to making it a great stay for their guests. Tucked right off the highway, it's a peaceful oasis that is spotlessly clean, with decent-sized rooms, friendly staff, and easy parking. We really enjoyed our stay here - although short! - and would definitely stay again.

Charming accommodations in Edmundston (about 10 min from the city centre). Staff are lovely, rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a delicious steakhouse attached. Great prices too!

The perfect stop after being on the road all day long. Greeted by friendly staff everywhere. Got a table at the busy restaurant and had a wonderful, delicious meal. Our waiter Pascal made it even better. A great place to stay.
