Fantastic service, right here in Ontario.They set me up and fixed my obsolete battery's for my camera. Customer service amazing and super awesome to deal with.This is my number one place for my battery needs.

Recent update: after my initial review they did refund my money with the initial shipping charge. They did do the right thing but not until leaving them a bad review, and asking PayPal to step in.Customer service is awful. I returned a 30 doller battery shipping was on me because i ordered the wrong battery, witch is understandable. But after reciving conformation of delivery to bbm, i had no credit or any type of communication from them. All of my information was in the box. After 3 weeks i called them and they said it was not recived and to bad for me. Lol. This lesson only cost me 30 + shipping. I hope you are smart enough to take my advive and purchace elsewhere, bbm will screw you too!

Excellent! Great customer service and prompt shipping. I ordered batteries Nov 18 and got them on the 23rd. I had previously ordered the same battery November 13th from battery clerk.ca and despite the fact that they billed my credit card immediately, they haven't even shipped yet. In summary, BBMbattery Inc is excellent...stay away from batteryclerk.ca

Despite a small purchase, needed two rechargeable batteries for old cordless phones that I wanted to keep, John went out of his way to ensure I had the right batteries. Great customer service. Will not hesitate to use then again for any battery need. Thanks John!!

Ordered battery for my golf caddy on March 8, 2021. The battery arrived the next day. Was the wrong size so I had to exchange it. Karen was so helpful in making sure that I had the right battery for the job. I can't say enough about the customer service of BBM battery. I will becoming back for all my battery needs.

Advanced Battery Systems Inc has worked with BBM Battery for almost 2 decades now. Very fast, efficient, and professional service. Capable of doing high volume and very specialized work to replace impossible to find packs with unique solutions.

Had a Velux 833442 Battery rebuilt - it only lasted 8 months. They did honor the 1 year warranty, but the second repair only lasted a year and a half - should last 10-12 years. They would not repair the second one unless I paid full price again. Makes one think they may be using inferior battery packs for the rebuild?

I bought two SLA batteries. They were shipped, and arrived quickly, despite the country being closed for the pandemic! When one of the batteries wasnt working properly, they replaced it! Excellent service after the sale, says a lot about a company!

Luckily, found BBM battery on-line. My situation is I have a Velux solar powered skylight shade and the battery died after about 10 years. Velux doesn’t offer a battery replacement. They want you to buy an entirely new system of course. Fortunately, BBM was able to rebuild my existing solar battery for a reasonable amount. Would definitely use them again.
