Circumcision Kelowna - Gentle Procedures Clinic

I was very nervous to have this procedure done to my son but the staff at gentle procedures were very polite, happy and knowledgeable in answering all my questions! They have an informative video to prepare you as well which I found very helpful. The procedure it self went so smoothly Dr Bailey was very informative and gentle yet efficient with my son. I also appreciated that I was given the choice of staying with my baby during the procedure. Post procedure instructions were very clear and I was given a pamphlet and some supplies to take home which made it easy and stress free! We were very happy we chose Dr Bailey especially when he called personally to check my son’s recovery. I highly recommend Gentle Procedures Clinic Kelowna!

Highly recommend this office. My experience was great from the start. Ashley at reception is just lovely, and the nurse and Dr. Bailey made my son's procedure as smooth as it could be. I was very anxious going into it, and between bedside manner and office cleanliness I was at ease.

Our experience here was amazing.The staff and Dr. Bailey were amazing to deal with and took great care of our little one.Being a first time parent of a boy that needed a little circumcision I was very nervous and scared, no need for when we were here with Dr. Bailey and staff they were very informative on how to take care of him after also made us feel very confident in the surgery.Highly recommend taking your littles here.

The staff was wonderful, and Dr. Bailey did a fantastic job with our son. Everyone was so kind and caring, and the follow-up care was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

We took our 2 week old son in for the procedure, the staff were very attentive and friendly. They totally put us at ease, explained everything and allowed us time for questions. We were able to be in the room with him during the procedure and he barely noticed anything was done. There was hardly any bleeding and no ill-effects from the procedure afterwards, I would definitely recommend !

So happy to post this review. My 9 year old grandson had a circumcision performed by Dr. Bailey in May.From the consult appointment to the follow ups, we felt completely supported & cared for. The office staff are amazing, friendly & kind (Ashley), as front office contact, is wonderful. Dr. Bailey made my grandson & our family feel confident & supported. As you can imagine you feel very nervous coming in but feel at ease during the appointment. Everyone was welcoming, compassionate and friendly. You are thoroughly walked through the procedure, after care and any questions you may have. Dr. Bailey was wonderful with our son and is very skilled at his technique. I highly recommend.
