RESPONSIVE!!! I used Oracast to do two company designs and hosting. I gave them a budget that they adhered to and I got everything I could have possibly wanted AND SOME! Since the launch as new ideas came up, a simple call or email and within minutes the requests were dealt with. This is an AMAZING company with service that is unsurpassed not to mention the attention to SEO detail - absolute bonus!
