Aerosports Trampoline Park Oakville

Took our daughter to attend a kid's birthday party in there. They had a great time with variety of fun games and jumps. The staff who conducted this party was very friendly and attentive. Only compliant though was about the small flies in the party room; totally annoying. You need to take care of this.

Good place for kids. We visited on a Saturday and it was crowded. The staff is good. Restrooms are ok. The cafeteria/ Snack shack didn't have any fountain soda like coke , sprite as the machine was not working. I felt the Brampton location was better in terms of space.

We had my daughter’s birthday party here today and while the kids had an amazing time and our party host was fantastic, I would not book another birthday party here.Pros:1. The party host takes care of everything including set up, clean up, and cutting the cake and the venue provides all the little things down to candles and a knife to cut the cake which makes having a party here pretty easy.Cons:1. Unlike other venues that allow you to use the party room for the duration of your party, we were only allowed to use the party room for the last 45 minutes. This venue is not thinking about providing the best experience for the party hosts/guests but instead trying to cram as many birthday parties in as they can. We had refillable pitchers of the drinks we chose, however, we and our guests had to buy our own drinks for the first hour and fifteen minutes that we were there. (As soon as the kids started playing, we felt the need to buy a cold drink because it was warm and humid in the venue.)2. The time in the party room is rushed. As soon as everyone was in the room, the party host had us all sing happy birthday and then took the cake to start cutting it while we ate pizza. There was no time to get pictures of us with our daughter and the cake. Also, the party host started cleaning up before our time in the party room was over.3. The website says the party room can accommodate 18-20 people but there was only seating for the eight kids included in the package plus another 6 people, so the rest of us were standing.4. There was no air conditioning in our party room, so it was warm and humid.5. I had to send numerous texts and emails in order to get our order of four pizzas correct.6. The website says they provide basic decoration including balloons and a birthday banner but this was not the case, only “happy birthday” on the chalkboard and a happy birthday table cloth on the table with food and drinks on it. Fortunately, I had planned to bring our own balloons.

Angelica was an amazing host for my little sister’s birthday party at Aero Sports! She was very attentive, friendly, and engaging with all of the guests. She provided 5-star service and made sure everyone had a great time. I highly recommend her for any future event planning or party hosting needs! Thank you Angelica!

Bathrooms are gross and you $50 for two kids and the employees don’t even care to enforce the no shoe policy. Employees need to step it up. It’s a great facility but gross.

Good place for kids. Cleanliness is average. 2 stars because a lot of parents break the roles and walk with shoes and drinks in the no shoes area. No staff is telling them not to and I saw 1 satff wearing his too. Drinks and snaks are spilled in some areas

Found the facility to be dirty, especially the back ninja area. We went in the morning so there was no way the facility was cleaned the previous night, there was too much dust, hair and food crumbs on the Matts. My kids had fun but I found the other indoor trampoline facility in the neighbourhood much cleaner

This is such an awesome place for kids as well as adults. I really enjoyed like anything. Birthday parties were well organised ❤️

Has potential, but this place is filthy. Came first thing in the morning and everything was dirty, tables were sticky, the floor had garbage, sticky spots and crumbs. The children's play structure was also sticky and had debris all over.Not to mention I found at least 5 used bandaids in the trampoline area, kids structure, locker area and eating area.It's very clear that this place hadn't been cleaned in weeks.
