These people keep dropping off letters in our area where NONE of us own the building. It's not that hard to find this information online at all. You can tell this is a rental building. You guys need to do your market research before sending out spam letters every two weeks.The person replying to comments below said to tell Canada Post to stop sending letters? You are dropping off unmarked notes that aren't in any envelope, do not include business address, and looks like it was hand written spam. You want potential business to take up complaints with Canada Post instead of your company who is sending out spam? Terrible business practice and poorly thought out responses by this business owner. This is how you get negative reviews. Approach this business with caution as it is clear if you have a problem with them they will tell you to take it up with a business not related to the problem.All the negative reviews in the past indicate there is a clear business issue and they do not know how to address a very simple business problem.

We recently used this company and I put them through the ringer going to several lawyers first having the contracts looked at by many different people and any changes we asked for in the contract they never said no.Tammy was absolutely phenomenal - she is a professional, capable and most importantly a compassionate person and you can tell that when you meet her and speak with her.She even stopped one of our meetings to help me find my missing cat for about 20 minutes. She was incredible in answering my many texts and questions and we are happily settled in our new home thanks to Tammy and her team. I also want to mention Darren as he was so laid back and personable. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. I would definitely recommend at least listening to an offer - you may be surprised!
