I ABSOLUTELY love this hidden Gem of a place. Vanessa, Chris, Natalie and Richard are all amazing to work with! They helped me customize pieces I wanted and it was very affordable. Vanessa is a superstar!! I will always be a returning customer. Unbeatable prices for their Estate stuff, great deals on their new items and amazing pricing on custom jewellery! Great selection of high end designer items too!

My Victorian engagement ring had a crack and break, and the folks at Fleetwood Jewellery were able to repair the ring and resize it. It came back sparkling and polished like never before! The ring had previous resizing solder marks, and they were pretty much invisible after this repair which I never thought was possible.The entire process took about two weeks. The final cost was lower than the initial quote, which is always a nice moment. I appreciated their care, and kudos to their incredible goldsmith. Also - the customer service and kindness at this store makes you feel right at home, and I look forward to my next visit.

I have no words except to say I have been going here when Ralph was there. Ralph saved me from a fraudulent sale where I bought a diamond ring. He sent it for appraisal on my behalf and told me what to do. After he retired, Chris took over and he has been nothing but a gem to deal with. His staff Vanessa and Richard are amazing to deal with. Best store in town when you are looking for unique pieces.

The BEST engagement ring shopping experience I could have ever wanted. The customer service was fantastic. They do not work on commission and so i didn't feel pressured at all. I found a diamond I loved but wasn't a 100% yet, so they held it for as long as I wanted and even encouraged me to shop elsewhere to get an idea of what i wanted. Chris helped me out a lot. He was excellent and very friendly. The owner, Ralph was a pleasure to deal with. I designed my ring and needed it in a hurry, so they had it made in 3 days just so I could propose the day I had planned. The prices there are the best in Calgary (and i shopped around a lot so I know I got the best deal). They quoted me a price; and then when the diamond was re-graded, it turned out that the diamond was actually worth a lot more, but they stayed true to their word and charged me the original quoted price. I'll definitely be going back for our wedding bands and recommending Fleetwood to everyone I meet.

I was looking for a jeweller that does estate jewellery and I'm so glad I found Fleetwood! I had a piece of jewellery I wanted to sell (not just for the value of the metal and gem), and met with Chris Wren to discuss the process. Fleetwood is transparent about how they come up with the price they will offer you. There was no pressure to sell on the spot. Chris was friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend Fleetwood!

10/5. Wish we would have know about Fleetwood when we were getting married. Their selection of estate jewellery is astounding, you will find some of the most unique pieces here! They also repaired a ring for me at a great price and even steered me away from the advice of another shop to spend 4x doing the repair. Fleetwood will have my business for life.

We upgraded the diamond in my engagement ring with Fleetwood about 8 years ago. About 2 years ago, our insurance company asked for a new appraisal of my ring so I brought it into Fleetwood to be done. When I got it back, I glanced at it but didn't pay much attention. Several months later, I looked at it closely and realized that the new appraisal was completely different than the original. I took it back into Fleetwood and they were wonderful. We met with the owner and the person who did both appraisals - no idea where the mixup happened but they made it right. We were offered our money back, a very generous store credit or a new diamond comparable to what we originally thought we had purchased. We opted for a new diamond: although it took a bit of time, the new diamond is of a much better quality and sparkles beautifully. I can't say enough good things about Fleetwood. Beautiful jewellery and amazing customer service.
